great value. great location
definitely dated, a little dark inside

Really loved how big the condo was and the location was close to Diamond Peak Skiing. Also liked the fireplace and the 2 Duraflame logs that were provided were a nice touch.
There were a couple of burned out lights in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Also some stains on the carpet that needs to be deep cleaned.

Not enough Uber drivers, too icy not enough salt or shoveling.

I loved the classic Tahoe vibe with the retro orange fireplace in the unit. It was great for hanging out with friends and had everything we needed for our short stay. We will definitely stay again when visiting friends as the location can't be beat for our needs and the amenities are an added bonus. The price comparison to most multi-bedroom units in Tahoe especially when you consider cleaning fees at the Airbnb options is way way better...
As former locals it was somewhat difficult for local friends to visit us and park on site as they had to register at the office when it was open and find out which spots where unoccupied. Designated visitor parking would be useful although it was totally doable just an added step for them to register even for a short visit.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, has a kitchen, free parking, close to the beaches and ski areas.
The heater was noisy, couldn't sleep well.

It’s really nice, spacious and complete; you feel more in a cabin than in a hotel room.
some of the light features were broken or in bad shape but other than that everything was great!

The rooms and value were great!
The cookware was nice, but didn't include a non-stick skillet. It was a nightmare cooking eggs and pancakes (among other things) in the stainless steel pans.

No pet allowed

It was a fun stay. We spent majority of our time out at different local beaches. I wasn’t aware when booking our stay but the club can give you access to the private beach for one day. The rooms where a nice size. We went with friends and their 2 kids and I was glad to have a separate room. Love them but it was nice have some privacy. The resort follows local Covid mandates and is clean inside and outside.
We our friends had some issues with the hygiene in their room and had to go down to the Service room to get clean supplies. Let management know and hope they take care of the issues. Can’t wait to come back in the future.

Spacious unit with a fully furnished kitchen and washer/dryer.
Our condo was quiet, it felt like at home.
We loved the location in the Forest.
The bathroom are outdated, they need to be refreshed.
No air conditioning with high temperature outside! There is a control panel that does not work, I think on purpose. Disappointing.
The tennis courts were closed.
We stayed 5 nights and we did not have housekeeping at all.

Great location (walking distance to Raley's and some restaurants) and good set up and space. Beds were very comfortable.
Fully stocked kitchen.
Club house had a pool table and arcade that the kids liked.
Pool and hot tub looked recently resurfaced. We only used it once but it was in nice condition.
Lots of towels and washer/dryer
Great price.
They were repaving the parking lot during the middle of the stay. This made it especially inconvenient when we were packing to leave, as we had to park the cars along the street and then make several trips back and forth from the condo to the car. Just bad timing as I know this isn't a normal occurrence, but they could have at least gave fair warning, as opposed to telling us the day we checked in.
Tennis courts were closed because they needed to be resurfaced. They should update their listing to reflect that. Also, the pictures show a racquetball court, but that has been converted to the gym space. (Not that I would have used the racquetball court, but heads up to those that looked forward to that.)
For someone sleeping in the loft - bring earplugs and a sleeping mask. The skylights brighten up the space and you can hear everything down in the living space.
BBQ closed due to fire warning.

I love everything. Fr the availability of an in unit washer and dryer to the the ice maker, everything is there to make one's vacation stay as comfortable as it can be
It would be so perfect if the unit has an AC but I'll give it that at night it gets pretty cool not cold and that the right temperature for sleeping. A floor fan works but maybe adding a ceiling fan instead would work just fine

We stayed in 52 or 53. Bathroom door did not lock. Neither did sliding glass door or screen door. Not very ssfe
