disappointing. We will not stay there again

During booking there was nothing about the construction. The contractors would leave door to the outside propped open with a rock. The fire door was also propped open.

We had an excellent stay and will be happy to reserve a room whenever we are in town.

We have stayed many times in the past when the hotel was under a different name and ownership. We were hesitant to book another stay because, although the rooms were always clean, the hotel as a whole was dated, and in dire need of a renovation. We decided to book again because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had a new name and was under new ownership. The hotel has been totally renovated. The entire structure was taken down to its studs and everything in it is brand new. The also painted the outside, added an enclosed seating area and updated the pool area as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Will not return

Hotel is under construction and is no where close to being finished, 01/16/2024. Stated nowhere on booking.com. No reduction in rates and hotel makes you sign a waiver to wave your right to a refund from 7am-6pm on all days due to any construction inconveniences, which includes when your water doesn’t work at all at 6:30pm or later. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never be returning again and will be finding another hotel to stay during our frequent visits to the area.

Disgusting. Needs to be shut down.

place is under renovation. The air conditioner in the lobby wasn’t working The walls in the room were nasty. They bed was sunk in in the middle it was noticeable then it was even worse to lay on. The smell as I laid in the bed was horrible. I didn’t sleep much. If it wasn’t for my kid I would have went and slept in my car. At least I know it’s clean and smells good. I am overly disgusted and sad that a company wants more and more money and not really offering anything clean and respectable. Close down and clean this dump up first before you charge 100 a night

They were pet friendly and friendly in very loving and I love the room l love the swimming pool.

I had to pay a lot of money for my dog and At breakfast time they didn't have any sausage or a bacon.

The sleep.

The carpet was very dirty. The vent covering was missing from our room in the bathroom. The temperature was very humid, but somewhat comfortable. Very small.

The worst of the worst

Absolutely Nothing.

This "hotel" was horrible. When we arrived the front desk clerk had a pizza hut t-shirt on and I wasn't sure if they worked there. They could have cared less for their job and barely spoke 2 words to me. The lobby was full of a cast of characters and I should have run. The place was seriously a dump. The rooms were gross, there were questionable stains on everything from the walls to the lampshades. We had purchased to go food and were just sitting down to eat when the roaches assaulted us. That was the last straw for me.

Everything were great and the staff was very nice. I liked it because it was very comfortable and quite and it was very clean. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone..

Good facility but needs breakfast updated

Location & price & that they offered breakfast.

Breakfast Eggs... Most of the breakfast was okay but the eggs were so terrible. They were like tasteless rubber tiny crumbles. Both my husband & myself had to throw them out after one bite. Could use two waffle makers, the maker was very slow in cooking. Otherwise okay.

Once again from last time I was there the pool was unavailable the first day.. the breakfast has diminished terribly very little pic from and only one waffle maker and eggs are always watery and have runny crap in them

Covered in fleas

We were covered in fleas the moment we walked into the room. No linens on the bed, no shower curtain, garbage bags on the dresser. Obviously room had not been cleaned. But the fleas were the worst part.

The convenience... Right off the highway. Right next to IHOP.

There wasn't a stopper in the sink and it was clogged with something that fell inside. The tub wasn't too clean and there were chipped away parts in the tub. The light in the bathroom is connected to the vent which is extremely loud and annoying. We used the light by the sink and left the door opened to keep from turning on the bathroom light and listening to the vent roar! The hotel just need some updates. Repaint the elevator which shouldn't be hard since it's the only one.

It has not been maintained. It was ok do

We liked the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The beds were ok.

The whole place was run down! The pillows were old and needed replacing! The walls needed to be painted. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The elevator had broken buttons! There were 3 flag poles in front of the hotel and NO flags and it was the 4th of July!!! Breakfast was not very good.

I like the location, the size of room, and the pool area.

It needs to be updated especially for the price you pay. Also we always had huge flying cockaroaches in our room. The sink was stopped up for days, I had to keep plunging it myself. And the breakfast could be improved for the price you pay.

Nothing it was filthy and had animal urine and poop stains all over the carpet. The room smelled of mold. Made me sick and gave me very bad allergies.

Horrible experience. Carpet was very bad. It looks like chairs were collected from dumpster , completely worn out. The bedding was uncomfortable. Will never come back again.

If it is just for a night or two and you are not spending a lot of time at the hotel it is fine.

The lady that checked me in was very nice and so was the housekeeper.

I didn't have a chair for the desk I had in my room. There was damage to the walls in the room and the hair dryer did not work. In my sons room they found a cockroach and the rooms were musty smelling.

Hotels needs a new remodeling very old accommodations, and they were cucarachas in the room. WIFI does not work
