Heaven on earth

The location, calm and quiet. Facilities were ideal, sofa bed was not comfortable but managed for 2 nights. Locals are helpful and welcoming. The area was well kept and easy to navigate.

The sunset and sunrises, the piers, and the free bus service. The beaches were stunning, and seeing the dolphins in the wild was a holiday highlight.

Bitte Finger davon!

Der Apartment Komplex ist zentral und ruhig an einer Seitenstraße gelegen und man gelangt schnell zu beiden Strandseiten der Insel. Der Poolbereich liegt schattig unter Palmen. Das Bad des Apartments war sehr sauber und die Dusche sehr geräumig.

Mit meiner Familie bin ich auf einer 5 wöchigen Rundreise und so etwas wie hier ist mir während der ganzen Zeit nicht wiederfahren. Als wir das Zimmer für 4 Personen bezogen hatten waren keine Bettbezüge für meine 2 Kinder vorhanden, die wie geplant auf der Ausziehcouch schlafen sollten. Da keine Rezeption vorhanden ist mussten wir wiederholt mit Irgendwem telefonieren und Emails schreiben. Erfolglos, bis einem Tag vor unserer Abreise war das Management von VACASA nicht in der Lage Bettwäsche für meine Kinder zu organisieren. Eine richtige Abzocke! Ich kann auf gar keinen Fall dieses Resort mit diesem Missmanagement weiter empfehlen.

Loved it….will definitely be back!

The location was spot on. Everything we love on Anna Maria was a short walk away. The apartment itself was great,small, well equipped,really clean,perfect for a few days at the beach.

Trevligt område men ingen service

Bra läge nära strand och restauranger. Lugnt och fint villaområde med färgglada hus. Jättetrevligt.

Ingen som helst service. Koden till dörren fungerade inte och det är svårt att få kontakt per telefon med ansvariga. Gästerna förväntas köra ut soptunnor för hela hotellanläggningen då ingen personal finns tillgänglig. Inga handdukar bytes utan du förväntas tvätta dem. Dock har du ingen aning om vart tvättmaskiner finns.

Very relaxing!!

Everything went well. Check in was so simple and check out was easy. Close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop and ice cream shop. Apt was very clean and anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Highly recommend.

Wonderful peaceful getaway

I loved the enclosed patio and how comfy it all was.

The front door could use some maintenance. Felt like it could give out with just a push.

The property has such great potential; I wish that it was better taken care of and maintained

I have been staying at Sunrise Gardens for many years, long before Vacasa took over management. The location is the draw for me.

Since there is no longer any property manager staff on the premises, the property has gone downhill. The air conditioner was off and so was the refrigerator. Additionally, the door code didn’t work, and the maintenance guy who showed up unannounced was rude and took no pride in his work.

Great location, close to the city pier, the boat service, and the trolley bus. Nice pool. Clean apartment.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Very noisy double bed. Both need updating.

Super Lage!

Super Lage, Strand und Pier fussläufig zu erreichen, netter Pool. Alle relevanten Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig.

Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem und klein. Eher für kleine Kinder. Geeignet. Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt besser für drei Personen geeignet.

Nice place, but could be better.

Laundry, location, good heating in cold weather

Insufficient cutlery, small pie pan, no clothes hangers, no salt & pepper, only a dribble of water at the kitchen sink, a water leak from under the fridge ( which we couldn’t figure out.

2 Wochen vor Anreise storniert weil Eigentümer renoviert

Nichts. Wir haben da nicht übernachtet.

2 Wochen vor unserer Anreise wurde die Buchung storniert, weil der Eigentümer plötzlich renovieren mochte. Vacasa hat ums zum Glück eine Alternative in direkter Nähe angeboten, die leider keine Terrasse hatte und eine viel schlichtere Poolanlage. Ansonsten war die Alternative gut. Nur echt unverständlich, dass ein Vermieter so kurzfristig die Unterkunft absagen kann.

Do NOT choose this property and Vacasa neither

Vacasa assistance, Booking assistance, Apartamento in very bad conditions, many equipments ironed, parking slot far from the apartment, disgusting conditions of refrigerator and dishwasher. I informed these bad conditions since I arrived the apartment and a lot of blá blá blá and nothing have been done from Vacasa, neither from Booking. I felt robbed. Independent of any contract, if the property, rental management and booking evaluate the pictures sent and doesn't apologize and refund the money, something is definitely wrong!

Superb location only marred by the quality of the accomodation.

Location and Pool area are great, everything else is below par.

Poor cleaning, Disgusting cutlery, See photo's, (it took till over half way through the Holiday to get new ones, despite "Reaching Out" to Vacasa, the servicing agents, more than 5 times,). Very poor water pressure, Holes in the breakfast stools. New Fridge Freezer that they couldn't be bothered to take the wrapping off, just peeled back the sticky plastic covering, that they could reach and leave the rest to attract dust, (I think that sums them up). Generally a tired resort which is under managed. Would I go back? Unlikely, unless it was the only one available.

Schoene Anlage eigentlich, aber Betten furchtbar

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Anlage äußerlich gepflegt, der Pool war toll. Auch die Waschmaschine auf dem Gelaende war sehr praktisch.

Die Ausstattung im Apartment. Bett und Schlafsofa waren das unbequemste, was ich je erlebt habe, uralt und dazu laut. Sowas kann einen echt den Urlaub verderben. Auch eine zusaetzliche Decke waere nett gewesen, da es recht kuehl war als wir dort waren. Das Apartment hellhörig, man hat alles von oben gehört. Außerdem war die Armatur in der Küche kaputt und es kam nur ganz wenig Wasser aus dem Hahn.

Sunrise Gardens definitely delivers for the price you pay. Its a great location with greatpotential.

I have stayed at Sunrise Gardens more than a dozen times now.... The location is excellent; close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The pool is usually clean but the area around could use some daily attention. I would like to see VACASA put some money into the property.... clean up the landscaping and pool area. Additionally, some of the rooms have a terrible musty odor that needs addressing.

I don't like that there isn't someone on property to address issues.

Amazing place to visit and relax

Me and my wife, we stayed for a week, there was only one toilet paper, we also thought that they should have a broom to sweep every day, because even if you don't want to always get sand in after returning from the beach, otherwise everything was fine

A relaxing little getaway place for a couple looking to enjoy the island.

CUTEST little place for me and my husband. It was just enough space for us to be cuddled up and also enjoy all the island had to offer for us during our stay. I am a fan of this place due to its location and cleanliness. VERY clean.

Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, very low and hard to wash out your hair. We also had difficulty with the door lock because it didn't work but we easily called and got the code for the actual key.

Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations and would stay at this location again.

Location, swimming pool, easy checking in and out, quiet area, close to trolley stop, amenities included with the unit

The portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom. It was very loud and sounded like a jet turbine every few minutes making sleep difficult. The refrigerator could use some adjustment. It was icing up and making a large puddle on the top shelf.

Terrible. We came here to relax and be problem free and thats mainly all we had besides the people

We ate at Gin and Janes.

We had no air for first 2 days. Had it not been for a gentlemen who asked us how it was at the festival we would have gotten no where for they wouldnt answer the phone. We had very very poor water pressure the comode wouldnt flush. Thwy finally brought us a window unit. And when we did reach someone they were extremely RUDE.

Excelente local para descansar e desfrutar de um lugar tranquilo e agradável.

Toda estrutura excelente. Conforto, limpeza, proximidade da praia, local tranquilo e silencioso. Cozinha bem equipada. Usufruímos da área de churrasqueiras, estava muito bom.

Close proximity to the water

Not enough soap and shampoo for our 5 day stay. Cleaning fee was expensive and we were required to clean the dishes and throw out the garbage. Noisy construction next door. Construction truck blocking our parking. Aircon unit is very loud and bed not comfortable. Would not recommend this place.

Stressful!!!!

Location and quietness

Due to my mom’s emergency hospitalization, we were already drained and stressed, but the facility members were inflexible to credit, so we went to the condo and went to a poorly ventilated space with poor mattresses to rest. The most stressful and draining experience to say the least.

Other than the issues with door lock on our unit and the construction going on it was a great time

Liked the location of our unit. Had everything we'd need for our stay. It was clean. Very close to the City Pier and Beach. However, with the heat the walk back from beach was really a hot one.

Construction work being done right outside our bedroom. Had to pass dumpsters on the way to our unit. Had issues with opening and closing our door. Think it was stripped because had to make several attempts to unlock and lock the door.
