Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and clean environment. Evening cocktails and food is a very nice feature.

There was no cleaning, garbage was not emptied during our three day stay. When we inquired about this we were told linens and housekeeping was provided by request only.

We loved that the pool was an indoor/outdoor. The staff was very friendly and kept up with the cleaning of plates/trash/sweeping. It was a wonderful stay! It was nice to be 15-20 minutes from all destinations!

Clean room, staff all team members very pleasant.

Toiletries. Would prefer the mini bottles..soaps..mouth wash instead of the dispensers in shower.

Very nice hotel in great location close to shopping and public transit. Rooms are very well designed, with the bathroom completely separate from the bedroom in our one bedroom suite, allowing one person to sleep while the other(s) use the shower. Heavy doors between the rooms in the suite also attenuated any noise transmission. Excellent "evening reception", which we used as dinner three nights out of four. We particularly appreciated the real ceramic plates and metal cutlery, rather than the plastic disposables used in many places. Good maintenance, with no door squeaks, and the bathroom basin held water.

1. An employee named (Nikki) called me the day of my arrival to my personal phone to tell me she was going to move me to another room because the people that were staying at the room that It was reserved for me, wanted to stay another night. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if she would have talked to me in a polite, professional way instead of being rude. Plus prior to hanging up the phone she told me that it was better for me to not reiterate this conversation to nobody upon my arrival, if I didn't want to have problems. Which I consider as a threat. Very unprofessional and rude, it cause me an emotional breakdown.

This was our first time at Drury, but it's now going to be our "go-to" hotel when available. Staff was attentive, fun, and fast. The evening coctails and food was exceptional, as was breakfast. Room large, clean and comfortable. Also loved the efforts at reducing trash.

Not a thing. We were very happy. Perhaps there could be a few more Drurys around the country.
