conveniently located close to my residence.
at 9 PM, room 217 was over 100° when I walked in. Turned on the air conditioning. It was extremely loud, went to go to bed. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the pillows had no substance to them. The short period of time that I was in the room the air conditioning kept on, going on and off. After three hours of trying to fall asleep, I finally went to the front desk to ask if I could have room 106 which I’ve stayed there before. and when I mentioned about another room, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude and said I better not have caused any problems to that room that I was in. When I got into room 106 was still hot at midnight, and the air conditioning wouldn’t turn on. At that time, I went to the front desk let the gentleman know that I did not touch anything in the room at all, except for the air conditioning, trying to get it to work, I ended up leaving. The time was shortly after midnight. There was a number to call to complain I called spoke to somebody and I never heard back from their supervisor.
(Update) 4/27/24 As I mentioned check-inn window had a sign about complaints or concerns. Nina was the contact the number to call was 323-452-1542. After not hearing back from anyone I did leave this review along with a 1-star review on Yelp. Via a reply to my text Nina stated that I was there for 6 hours and that the beds were changed out a year ago ( Maybe they should have left the old beds because they were much better) the 6 hours she indicated was an absolute lie. I told her to go back and watch the video footage of when I arrived and when I left.

Cleanliness

The rooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Price was okay.
Graffiti in the rooms on furniture and doors, and broken fixtures in bathroom and room. Bed was hard as rock. No phone in room. Room was very hot because no a/c in it running all day. Linens has cigarette holes in them. Hole in the floor along wall next to toilet. I should have known when I saw the sign at front desk that said no refunds. Place needs some TLC and updating.

Seemed to be a convenient area of glendora for my reasons for visiting. That’s about only thing good. Sleezy motel. Overpriced
Everything other than convenient location to my reasons for being there.

Location
The bed had cig burns and the bathroom had crack sink, the table had carvings written all on it and there was a sticker on the main light. Smudge marks were on the head boards.

The room was horrible. I felt like I was staying at "No tell" motel.
Non-op smoke detector( detector was sitting on top of the dresser and the wires dangling from the ceiling where it was supposed to be), cigarette burn holes in the blankets (explains the smoke detector situation in a non-smoking room), broken a/c unit ( had to use the reset button on the plug to turn on/off) and not even a rod in the closet to hang clothes up.. couldn't believe this place was recommended by Booking.com

This property was refurbished to look modern however one could see physical evidence there shortcuts taken. Don’t be fooled by their ad on Booking or other site.
My room did not have a chair for sitting; there was a bed, 2 lamp tables, a dresser, mini-fridge and desk (with no chair).
My room was not cleaned for 2.5 days, day manager said they thought I was sleeping and not want to disturb. They did not knock on door to determine if anyone was in the room.

The room service
Nothing at all

Not much.. Location met our needs, however
For the $105 per night room charge, this was the lowest standard of a room we've EVER stayed at or experienced. The door to the bathroom didn't close properly, unable to lock for privacy.

Sheets were clean. On Route 66.
Holes in the walls, stained blanket and curtains. Not-nice mattress. I would expect this level of facility at the $58 night, but this was $100.
