We had a great stay and experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The property was great space and clean. It

Everything was great! Very clean, wonderful staff. Very close walk to Disneyland which is the reason for our stay.

Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear everything from the halls as they got closer. I would just try to make sure the room isn’t near there next time.

It was horrible

that is paid for a non disability suite and they gave me a disability suite. Room was so innacurate from the pictures and no view.

The shower didn't have good pressure and not a lot of towels.

It was pretty close to Disney

We stayed 2 nights and checked out the 3 morning and they weren’t going to send housekeeping to our room we had to ask them to send housekeeping that’s gross to me. And on top of that we were rudely awaken at 6am by strikers blowing horns and screaming

Disney trip and walk back to this hotel was easy.. will stay here again rooms are nice and staff was very helpful . hope

nice overall. location . facility. rooms..

the time of closing. gym and pool opens to late closes to early .. got coffee before the start of breakfast and staff seem to have gotten bothered and turned the machine off after .. my wife wasn’t able to get her coffee

The food was horrible, you need add different food for breakfast. The fruit was old and the hot food was not cook well done.

The staff were good so also the service. One Ms. Lizz stands out for excellent Customer Service.

I noticed that by 9;30, no additional food was put out for late arrivals especially when breakfast ends by 10:00 AM. Information presented to customers should be the truth and nothing by the truth.

Just like the Apostles in the Bible. Only one betrayed Jesus as such that took my daughter's book and claimed he/she saw nothing. This kind of staff drags down the respect that the entire team earned through excellent customer service.

The room was perfect for our big family. Beds including bunk beds we’re comfortable. We’ve stayed twice and will be our go to every time we go to Disneyland stay the night.

I’d stay here again, which was comfortable and worth the value.

The room was clean, safe and a good value. I liked the security of needing your key card to do anything.

The free breakfast buffet was chaotic. I didn’t see any staff assisting guests as to where the juice was, waffles, etc. It was just a free for all which is chaotic.

Close walk to Disneyland. Great location. Rooms were very large and comfy.

The breakfast was ok. We stayed for 6 days so eating the same thing by day 3 was not good anymore. A little more variety would have been nice.

No atm on site. I found the security guard sleeping in the hallway. The shower door didn’t close all the way so the floor kept getting wet.

big expectations but fell short to satisfy. not likely to return.

close proximity to entertainment, food and shopping. Room was clean, spacious and accommodating.

parking was terrible. Charge an extra day if you remain past checkout. Most comparable hotels, across the street with similar amenities offer till midnight on checkout day or big discount to parking like Toy Story. Not a a good fridge or kuerig.

nothing fancy. nice room. comfy bead. plenty of space. and breakfast is perfect!

a little tough for a 5 yr to walk to/from Disneyland . But with Uber, it’s a snap.

Perfect location, great staff, very comfortable room. Will come back for sure my next trip to Disneyland!

Location is great. Check in was smooth and I was able to check in early. I actually ended up here because my flight was cancelled just after I checked out of the hotel next door. And within minutes of booking I was comfortably in my room here. And then my flight got cancelled again the next day (weather at my destination) so I was able to stay another night and the front desk agent was able to do it in less than two minutes and I was right back in my room. The room was perfect; clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. They have no contact room service that can be ordered from your phone. I wished I had stayed here for my entire trip. Next time I go to Disneyland I will for sure!!

Very good and fitting for a family of 6. Lots of room and amazing staff!!

No big trash cans in the room. I was lucky I had a few small bags to use. Especially for a room that accommodates so many people.

Excellent location and family friendly.

The family suite was amazing. Plenty of space for the kids and the adults. They really enjoyed the bunk beds, they were comfy. Room overall was spacious. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional, but it was much appreciated as we headed to DL with full tummies. Kids enjoyed the mickey theme waffles. Laundry facilities was a big plus. $2.50USD per load. Around 12 min walk to security check at DL.

Mold in the windows. Broken elevators. Breakfast was not great. Not very close to the beach. Had to pay $20/night for parking. Too expensive for what it was.
