Don’t do it.

It was empty

It was like 90 percent empty, yet checking in early was a problem

Pleasant

Room was clean and nice, beds were comfortable.

Continental breakfast lack a lot. Juice was very watered down, yogurt was dated for that day, fruit was soft oranges or small sour green apples. Pastries were plain donuts that tasted like biscuits. That's it. Not sure what the "amenity" fees were for.

I almost didn’t get to stay the night because the staff said they couldn’t take my new temp ID even tho I had my expired

Ok for passing through the area and spending the night but nothing to stick around for...

Breakfast wasn't really there unless you count 3 doughnuts and Coffee a breakfast... There was granola (looked ancient) but no milk or yoghurt to have it with?

The Front Desk, all they would do is stay in office and watch TV. Never saw anyone only at check in

Was never told breakfast was still in service. So we did not go down. We did not like anything at Hoel but the location.

Had to book through booking.com, no one would answer the hotel phone. Called a few days later, got a person to finally answer. Rates would have been cheaper, was told they would honor those rates. When got their man at front desk would not change anything! said I booked through a third party. Told him no one would answer phone. And I had called and finally someone answered and the rate she quoted would apply. Wrong Wrong ...... Only 2 people were nice, one who had to re key card to room so would work.. And a maid cleaning on our checkout day. Was able to get 2 bath towels on day checked in. Know covid and has rules but this was bad and will never stay at this hotel again. Sad because had stayed there many times before in past. Pillows were awful and bed was very uncomfortable. Come on Hollywood Hotel, Update Rooms!

Do not stay here as it is expensive and not kept up.

It is a dump. Very expensive. Not kept up. Not attached to the casino. Rooms were ok. Looks like a painted over old Budgetel.

Extra towels were provided and the housekeeper was very nice.

No breakfast sandwiches which made us have to go out.

Nice stay but could have been better.

The staff was friendly, and the casino was nice.

We were booked in an already occupied room. Had to be reassigned. An uncomfortable situation. No soap in the shower. Cold room, no extra blankets. No working refrigerator.

There was some drywall that needed repaired in the shower area. But did not affect anything.

Pleasant staff, dated facility, spacious parking, reasonable rate.

Facility is dated; needs overall refresh. Specifically, bath soap dispenser was empty, have not seen a TV that small in 10 years... breakfast was limited to boxed pastries.

Left early...

The location worked well for me, As I was visiting family in a nearby town.

There was no complimentary breakfast due to Covid, but I rarely saw anyone wearing a mask, so how much of a risk would it be to bring that back? I am a smoker and even though I stayed in a non-smoking room I could tell it had previously been a smoking room due to a lingering smell of cigarettes. Wallpaper was in really bad shape in the shower room - dumb idea to put wallpaper in a room that gets filled with steam regularly. Front desk personnel were nice - when they were at the front desk. Seems like they like to spend a LOT of time in the back office area while you wait for them at the front desk. Several strange folks siting in parked cars in the parking lot for at least 1.5 hours - is this the new Red Roof Inn for drug deals? We left on the evening of our 3rd night - just wanted to get home.
