Quiet, beautiful, accommodating stay on the lake.

The breakfast had a wide assortment of options for food, and it was all very satisfying. The room was very clean, comfortable, and I never once heard excess hallway noise or other noise coming from surrounding rooms. The staff was all welcoming and the breakfast ladies were the most friendly and helpful staff we encountered.

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Great experience - stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff were very accommodating and we were happy to get an upper floor room to decrease potential road noise. We had a beautiful lake view and enjoyed the sunset. The lakefront trail is accessible from the hotel and was a beautiful walk. It is a bit of a distance from downtown but we liked the quiet area and didn't mind driving in for dinner. You could also walk about 30 mins each way. The pool was great. The breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel - many hot food options, oatmeal bar, usual toast and treats, two coffee roasts, etc. Staff at the breakfast area were extremely friendly and ensured food was always fresh and available.

Kerry, the breakfast worker was fantastic and made our family so welcome and cared for.

Pool area wasn't completely cleaned and there were no towels one time we were down there.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it is always great. The breakfast has a good selection and the breakfast room is nice and there is an outdoor patio right there. The location on the bike and walking trail is fantastic. It’s easily walkable to downtown, but away from the crowds. Staff is always friendly.

The location is very nice. The breakfast was fantastic.

The staff could not get the billing straight. I booked two rooms, one for me, one for my daughter's family. Upon check and check out, we both presented our credit cards, but both room charges we added to my card. Hopefully we can get it corrected.

Many good things and people but old facility and poor breakfast experience

The location is great. The front desk staff is accommodating and house keeping people are friendly and nice. Many young people work very hard to keep the premises clean. Kudos to them all.

The room was very tight and generally would not qualify as a suite. The bathroom was tight too. The furniture needed to be updated, and the room was dusty--which gave me allergies. I also felt sorry for the elderly lady to took care of the breakfast. She was unable to handle it on her own. Visibly upset, she went hissing and throwing tantrums--at one point shutting the lid of the chafing dish while I stood there about to serve myself. We could not enjoy our breakfast there even though it was included in our room fare. On the second day there were no eggs but only very heavy options. On the third day, we had eggs again but with bacon--not vegetarian-friendly. But the third-day staff was very friendly, and there were two women. Also the printer in the business center is not working--not a work-friendly hotel.

Excellent. Looking forward to staying again.

Michael was very friendly and checked us in without problems after we arrived late. During the next few days, Terri and another woman at the front desk were very helpful with tips on where to eat and what to see. The coffee is some of the best I've ever had; I drank too much of it every day.

The hot and humid weather but that's not your fault!

The hold for incidentals was not disclosed upon booking. I was a bit shocked to pay $100 more.

Womderful stay looking forward to it again.

Very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The lake view was amazing and beautiful.

The lighting in the pool room needs some maintenance.
