Bre at front desk and bar was great. Gave excellent directions and information as to where to eat dinner.
Nothing really.

Great breakfast buffet - loved the decor

Melissa was very nice. Breakfast was better than most. The decor was awesome. Happy hour with wine and cheese tasting was really nice. Drinks in the bar were reasonably priced.
Could use new carpet.

Liked that it was dog friendly.
Was checked in and went up to the room they gave us only to find out it was already occupied by a man getting out of the shower. It was a shock to me and him.

They actually have a space for animals to use the bathroom.
Nothing was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the suite was way smaller than expected. Especially for the price we paid. Breakfast was cold. We also only had 3 towels and 2 rags for a family of 5 and when I asked for extra rags I was handed a dirty hand towel.

Did not eat
Most hotel rooms have an extra blanket. Mine did not.
Most hotel rooms today have a lamp or some way to plug in your phone, tablet. I had cord but no plus. You need to catch up with the times!!

Fine hotel for a stopover or short stay as we did underway to St Louis.
Comfortable, clean hotel. Good rooms/beds.
Breakfast could have been better. Very basic.

It was nicely decorated and dog friendly. There was a decent area of grass to walk dogs in to go to the bathroom outside of the hotel.
Breakfast wasn’t great. The eggs and potatoes were fine but everything else was inedible. Could hear other guests in the halls and slamming doors even with a box fan I brought from home to help with the noise.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It's always very clean there.
I wish the rooms were a bit cheaper in price. Our family would stay more often

Room was fresh and comfy.
Breakfast could have been kept hot, not just lukewarm. TV remote in room didn't work.

Location was good. Pool/sauna was good. Breakfast was fair, quality of food was mediocre. Elevator was out half the time we needed it. Room door broken and request to fix it never happened. The worst part was when we arrived in our room, SOMEBODY had been in one of the beds! One of The beds was hastily made and messy and I guess they left their bottle of alcohol in our fridge. The carpet had a huge dark stain in several places, just so gross.
The price paid per night was around $200, which was ridiculous bc it was more like a Motel 6. Staff was friendly IF & WHEN they could be found.
Everything, see above ^^^^******

Friday evening desk clerk was as helpful as he could be. Upgraded my room because of over booking.
Room was dirty. Refrigerator made noise. Toilet was not secured to the floor. Fireplace wouldn't work. No bowl for cereal ofor breakfast. Breakfast fruit fruit was bad. Pancake machine was broken and not available but was not signed accordingly. Morning staff did there job but didn't appear to want to be there or be bothered in any way when these room problemswere broughtto theirattention. Etc. Etc. Etc.

The feeling of the hotel is very comforting and cozy. It was very clean and the staff were kind. Our room was wonderful and we will stay again.
The breakfast was not well stocked at 8:30 am both days. The lamp on the dresser did not work. The family in the room above us was extremely loud, running and stomping back and forth both day and night (which is not the establishment's fault, but did put a damper on things)

Extremely clean and the beds were comfy. Upon check-in, the lady at the counter even gave some drink tickets 🎟 for the bar. How cool is that?:) The hotel has a lodge theme, which I liked quite a bit. The continental breakfast was quite good, too.
I travel quite a bit, and it takes some doing to impress me anymore, but I give this place a resounding 10. Give em a try if in the area.
