Still needs improvement

The room was clean as always. They once again put me in the accessible situation. Very friendly desk clerk. Firm bed.

The new management was long overdue but slow in making necessary improvements. The ice machine still does not work and my TV has ragged sound (in the lower frequencies). Parking delineation is still washed out; caused me a problem last time and has no handicap designation, which I need. The room smelled funny when I entered but it was hot; once the A/C did its job things were OK.

Ice machine not working now for over a week no coke machine. Workers act like they don't want to rent rooms or be bothered.

it’s great to sleep and go, no any other expectations

it’s an ordinary motel by the highway, so no any high expectations, guys. the towels, bed and room was so clean! the pressure of water and the temperature of water was 10/10

it was a bit cold so we brought our own blanket

They charged my card even though I said on here I would pay at property clerk said you not here at 4 so I charged the card I had till 12 midnight to check in onthe 21st I didn't give an arrival time he just assumed we wasn't coming needless to say clerk had to refund card so we could pay cash so took longer to check in I didn't appreciate that at all I have never had a hotel that I have booked through booking.com do this after I reserved room saying I would pay at property I will never stay at this hotel again

I was really happy with my room, clean, comfortable, and good value.

The motel room was clean. The lady who checked me in and out was really friendly and helpful. It was a good value.

The pillows could use to be changed as the were pretty flat.

it is an old motel…needs to be updated ….the door was hard to open ….dingy towels …the refrigerator needed to be defrosted the air conditioner would not stay running….had to buy a fan to block out noisy highway and refrigerator

Close to my work location

Bed was horrible, old, springs sticking in my side and back. Common area littered with cigarette butts, beer caps and trash. Traffic noise kept me up. Toilet runs. Probably far enough away from COVID scares to begin offering coffee or something. Even the vending machine was out of order. Room smelled like incense

The worst place I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot for business

Website stated I could pay at the property which was a lie, they charged my card before I checked in. When I walked in my room it had a bad odor, TV did not work, no shampoo or conditioner. Cars coming and going all hrs of the night, people slamming doors, thin walls. No breakfast, customer service was terrible. Rooms look nothing like pics on website

Very noisy and the bed pillows were extremely thin.

There wasn't a breakfast

The people staying at the hotel had a party that was very noisy and went through the night. There was a person sitting in their car in the parking lot playing a heavy bass music for over 3 hours. We had to call the front desk to have someone go ask him to turn it off.

We did not stay after driving by, the property did not meet our expectations, it was very close to the road and looked unsecure. I cancelled my booking shortly after noon through booking.com com and no response from staff or owner of this hotel 6 I was charged $346. very disappointed in booking.com and

Never use Motel 6. Customers smoke in nonsmoking rooms. They do not ventilate or neutralize after.

The room was okay for the price but it the smoking smell was so bad it was like a half dozen people smoked in there for three days and then shut the room up with no ventilation. Our clothes came out smelling of cigarettes
