Check in and use procedures were clear and useful. The decor of the room was a delightful surprise. This is by far one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Every corner was spotless and I appreciated that.

Very classy restoration of a great building. Spotlessly clean

Welcoming and a good value
nothing

Location was perfect
only thing I wasn’t told was how long it would take for hot water to come throttle bathroom. Initially I thought there was no hot water.

it’s cute and quaint
it’s noisy … it’s right by the blue line … so that part is understandable … but the hallways are echo chambers and you could hear everything going on upstairs.

location
no elevator and the tv didn't work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed

The location - Jill the manager went above the top
to be helpful
The drain in the bathroom sink didn’t work - u could hear everything- people talking/walking- the TV was horrible - the bed was a rock - The train felt like it was going through are room ( we called to confirm that we wouldn’t hear any trains). the room is fire trap. we would be dead if there was a fire - bars on the windows

Location. It's in the middle of wicker park, el platform is close and the track is directly behind the building which is nostalgically speaking a city thing.
Turning on the taps and waiting for hot water is ok for me, I wish the water for my shower was hotter on a cool night in chicago. And of course parking...$45

Room was very spacious. The staff was super nice and even took in my to-go food and placed it in my room.
I didn't love that I was on the bottom floor and could hear all of the people above me. The guest above me was walking around at 3 am constantly and I couldn't sleep well. Not the hotels fault though.
Location was a bit sketch with all the crime in the area lately.

Real metal keys offered , a full sized apartment swell on the underside of a quiet building. The full kitchen could have been a great help if I were a culinary chef. The secure double safety and soundproof walls blocked any outside racket. A slumberous stay!

tastefully appointed and immaculate
had a lot of policies

Friendly staff. Beautiful property. Nice spread of breakfast food.
The only thing I didn't like was strong smelling cleaning supplies. That being said we loved your hand soap in the bathroom and want to find out what it was. :-) !!

Everything was just so lovely! The only thing that was needed was a different shower system. The water pressure from the rain shower head was very, very weak. Also, adding a little teak stool would have made shaving a little easier (for women, obviously). I will definitely be back!

Beautiful and clean property. Breakfast was excellent. Good location.

This is a major disappointment. $241 p night for an apt that’s been barely renovated; virtually no amenities except the basics internet and coffee; no available food and drink after 10pm; Self- Checkin after 9pm. Not even located at the inn but a garden apt across the street. No where near close worth what is charged. Maybe worth $70-$90 due to location.
