Excellent location. The breakfast food was very ordinary.
Better selection and quality of food.

I loved everything for the most part but your rooms are WAY too expensive...for what you get. Your prices should be around $250.00.

Absolutely loved our stay at Triada. Beautiful hotel, very big room. Pool area is great!
5.0
small spanish style boutique hotel with two pools in the heart of town. stayed at the pool all day while we waited for our room to be ready. Room key was ready without any hassle and bags were in the room already. SUPER NICE
i wish the music changed at some point by the pool

good location
food selection was poor giving no encouragement to eat on the property

The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing.
I didn’t like how you could hear everything happening in the room above us, especially the walking around.
3.5
Location was great - walkable to the main drag with restaurants and shops, safe and quiet.
The bar/restaurant hours -- very disappointing. 8 am - 4 pm?
3.5
The location is perfect and the staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they have coffee in the lobby in the morning, ATM machine in the lobby, etc.
I stayed there one night and the room was great. I stayed there a second night, in a different room, and there was no USB plug in. I had forgotten my plug on my phone charger but had the USB cord. The first room had it and the second room didn't. I was disappointed as you can buy alarm clocks for the room with USB outlets. I was further disappointed that the hotel didn't carry extra chargers for situations like this.
The price was a bit high for how dated the property is but in all fairness, it was fairly competitive with other hotels in the area and the location is great.
4.5
the location and staff were great - front desk staff was great, kitchen and housekeeping too!
Usually when you stay at a marriott 4 nights you get the fifth night free - not here. Not alot of special room amenities for Autograph Collection hotel. No plastic laundry bags, small soaps.

It has to be understood that by US standards, this is an historical hotel and it does not come "with all mod cons". However, it is a hotel with character which has a wonderful feel to it. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every moment. Although located on a main road, as soon as one walked through the hotel front door, a feeling of calm descended. There is a daily charge for valet parking, but the valet service was efficient and each morning our car re-appeared within a couple of minutes of our request for it to be retrieved.
The hotel is quite expensive and extras, such as drinks at the bar and breakfast don't come cheap. As a result we tended to take our refreshments elsewhere (a lousy £/$ exchange rate didn't help!) We had breakfast at the hotel on one day only and felt that for what we paid, it did not represent value for money, nor were the quantity and quality that great. When a visitor to the States I always like the idea of going out for breakfast anyway, but for the same money we were able to get better food and double the quantity elsewhere.

The location is fine....right on the main strip, but not close to "downtown" though. I liked the overall architecture of the hotel. Free water. Free coffee in the morning..
They put us in a room that was the closest to the parking lot. Headlights in our room, if we kept the shades open. The hot tub wasn't working. The pool was very cold. Parts of their hotel (the little cute balcony) weren't taken care of or open for use. Check in was very slow, since "our room wasn't ready yet".
3.5
The location was excellent being central to downtown with a number of eating establishments in walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. The property and grounds were attractive and well kept.
The price was just too high for the small room we received and no additional amenities such as complimentary breakfast and parking. While a coffee maker was provided there was no bottled water in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
It was a little small and the shower design is ridiculous, at least in my room. There is no way to turn on the shower without getting blasted with cold water.

location is Great to many restaurants, the bar inside was fun to watch some Football
the Jacuzzi not open, the Bar selection was minimal- the room was along the highway and can get a bit loud with the traffic going by.

outside was nice
FORCED to valet and pay $25 per day

The location.
Staff not very welcoming.
1.5
The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The rooms are not updated or very nice for the price of the hotel. The curtains were torn and ripped off the rod. The bathrooms are small and the toilet did not flush well. The pool was not heated as advertised. Everything seemed a bit shabby. We cancelled the last three nights of our stay and went next door and stayed at the Colony Palms. We paid the same price for a room there! There is no comparison between the two properties.
4.5
small comfy feel
pretty courtyard areas
noisy pool pump
loud street
windows overlooked parking lot so curtains were kept closed the whole time

The staff was wonderful. Overall the hotel and grounds were beautiful and clean and the location was terrific.
We felt punished for having a small dog, and requesting a "Pet Friendly" room. We obviously were assigned to the worst room in the hotel. The original description said "Pool or Mtn" view, but our room had a view of the back of cars and parking. It was also the smallest room we have ever been in, even compared to a cruise ship! It was just too small, for two adults with a small pet. The bathroom lighting was bad and needs a lighted makeup mirror. The toilet was not secure to the floor, and rocked when in use. The carpet appear worn and dirty. With all the "fees" for $300. per night, the room was very disappointing.
