I will not be back.

The lady who checked me in was friendly and it was close to work

It wasn’t very clean, the bed was very uncomfortable and worn, I was provided with 2 towels no wash cloths, no floor mat, and there were what seemed to be drug dealers just hanging around the building. I felt very unsafe

Scam

The staff is nice, the place is great.

They play games with money. If I pay a $50 security deposit, I should get $50 back. Not $36 because they claim they made a mistake by under charging me? I did it through booking, I don’t control the rate they charge, if they make as mistake they should own it. Places that do tactics like this usually are committing tax fraud. Didn’t even give a courtesy call to try to explain. Events like this are why people hesitate to pay a security deposit, total scam, will never return here as a long time customer.

The hotel room smelled of cigarettes, there were flies, it was dirty, the employee made us wait outside the reception while she smoked, really lousy service

Don't Stay Here

Nothing about this hotel was pleasant.

Everything, from the location to the people, was pretty awful. The room smelled bad. I didn't even stay because I didn't feel safe. I was told I would get my damage deposit back, but I know I won't. I haven't gotten my refund for the hotel room either, and I've done all the necessary steps in order to get it. All in all, I rate this hotel 1 / 5 junkies because that's exactly who stays here. Don't trust any of the positive reviews or nice looking pictures, they're all extremely misleading.

over all it was a pleasant stay. The manager Doug really go out of his way to accommodate the guests and make your stay

I loved the location. I also liked the cleanliness.

After driving 3 hours we did not have any towels. Called front desk she told us there wasn't any. Then looked on bed we had no pillow cases. Water was leaking under the ac unit. People hanging around all types of night outside in breezeways. Only good thing the girl who checked us in was nice and apologized she also found us a towel and washcloth from another room. 2 people had to share. Worse experience ever

not worth any value because I could not get my item returned despite over 10 calls in 3 days and 2 to corporate as often

nothing !!!!!!! except was given a good tip regarding Sunday brunch. allowing dog was good but all do in this chain of hotels. staff especially the general manager has much to learn about hospitality and returning calls Re item left in room.

very loud, run down and staff refused to return an item left in room even after calling just 4 hours after check out
