overall, a good stay, but in such a small room, one night would be our maximum for 2 people

The room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well lit. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods offered.

the room was very small, and there didnt appear to be any soundproofing in the walls or ceiling. We could hear and feel the heavy footsteps of the people walking in the room above us

Apart from that noisy room, everything is good!

Good and clean

I stayed 4 nights. I got a room near to the train tracks side. Too noisy, and couldn’t sleep well! The window glass was not good and I felt like I was standing right next to the tracks. I asked the front desk to change my room, but they didn’t do it!

A noisy average stay.

The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size .

We had huge difficulties making communication with the hotel before our stay to change our booking , reception staff were not able to help at all . This soured the experience for us , we would have much preferred to spend the night somewhere else following this experience. The train ran right outside our room , it was unbelievably noisy throughout the day , evening and early in the morning. The location is not that pleasant at all , very run down surroundings . The hotel is so overpriced for the standard of the rooms and the location . The body wash in the shower was empty .

Excellent place to stay on business trips, my favorite

Fast check-in and check-out even late in the evening, friendly staff, breakfast included. Close to MIT campus and Museum of Science.

A very pleasant stay convenient to downtown Boston.

The room was beautiful and very clean, a bit on the small side but we didn’t mind. The bathroom was very clean and the furnishings looked new. The location was safe and very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and there was good variety.

Parking was $40 a night at the site. I think that’s understandable given the location.

It's VERY loud. The hotel sits between a major highway and trains. Very difficult to sleep. Also, as soon as I arrived in the room, a silverfish (insect) appeared.

Superb

Rooms were clean and spacious. the lemon ice water in the lobby was a nice touch. Staff at breakfast were friendly. nice to see fresh fruit offered besides apples and bananas.

No one told us that we didn’t get housekeeping. I expected the bed made and towels replaced and garbage emptied. So that was disappointing. Parking was expensive!

Great stay

Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff at the desk. My husband thinks he left his Kerry’s there. Called at least three time. They were willing to even search the room for us. Although it didn’t come up. Grateful they took the time to look. Thank you. Will definitely recommend.

Decent Hotel for the Money

This location is great for me because it is close to where my daughter lives. It's also close to Logan Airport. A lovely river walk is nearby. It is about a one mile walk to Boston Commons. The hotel is generally in good and updated condition. It served a good breakfast. The rooms were large. It is located on a very busy street, but I was on the 5th floor and did not hear the street noise. They offered housekeeping every other day, which was a pleasant surprise, given that hotels have not been offering housekeeping services since the pandemic. I think it's a pretty good value by Boston standards.

My friend complained that her room smelled musty and the floor was wet, but she did not give the hotel the opportunity to correct this situation. She was on the second floor and had an issue with street noise. As with all hotels now, the housekeeping was spotty. We receive housekeeping services every other day, but they failed to refill the coffee pods, kleenex, etc. Parking cost $40.00 per day, but that it probably typical by Boston standards.

Great location! Hotel was clean, nice rooms, elevator always quick to arrive, great space to work on the computer with printer access, room had fridge and microwave.
