Very great deal for the price. Clean & great location.

Very close to the beach!

The put-put golf was very small. The rec. room was missing a ball on the pool table, only 1 ping pong table, & one of the games was out of order. Very small, but pools were phenomenal even though one had to be shut down for cleaning. Still another outdoor pool and indoor pool for entertainment. Also would be nice if Togo condiments were available in the rec. room, even if guests need to purchase them.

It was pleasant because we were with our friends.

Didn’t know that there was a breakfast. The location was pretty good.

We had to call security because the family over us felt as though they were coming through the roof. Made it difficult to fall asleep.

It was very nice and a great value for OBX.

I thought it was a great value overall. The location is great. The condo was very nice. Tennis court was very nice. Pools were nice. Rec room was nice.

Our downstairs neighbors were annoyed with us because they said my kids were too loud and stomping around. I think the issue is really with sound transparency because no one has ever complained about my kids being too loud before. Ever. The gym/exercise room has some decent cardio equipment but could use more weights and machines, and updated weights/machines. The space for the gym is too small for a resort of this size.

This place was phenomenal for the price!

The location and amenities were fantastic!

The only issue we almost had was that the description on Booking.com was incorrect: luckily the property manager was able to find a unit that would accommodate our party (2 adults and one teenager). Hopefully, Booking.com will adjust the description and avoid a near catastrophe for others!

this is my 2nd stay at Seascape and we will be back many more times. love this place

The amenities are amazing, being in our twenties we took advantage of all of the free sports equipment they had to offer

the only downside to the property is that it is a 10 minute walk to the beach, and with all of our beach stuff and it being 95 degrees, it is a bit of a mission

Property was very clean and well maintained. We didn’t run into much of the staff because we didn’t really need anything. But when we did they were nice and very helpful! We will be back!

The only thing was it was outdated but it was super clean so that’s all that really mattered to us

It was a wonderful Spring Break with the kids!

Location was perfect. Directly across from sidewalk leading to indoor pool, but out of range to get golf balls hitting back deck! Events at the Rec Center were lots of fun. Very comfy beds, in apartment.

Got very toasty couple days in. A/C was not cooling. Maintenance was on top of it asap, but had to turn off because it was frozen.

Great location and amenities!

We loved the amenities on the property. We played mini golf, ping pong, and used the indoor pool often. The location was also great. We were able to walk to the beach. Even when it was raining, we had plenty of things to do.

We paid for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit, but the hall bath shower/tub did not have hot water. Maintenance came out right away to take a look, but they were unable to fix it at the time. I messaged the property about it, but I did not receive a response.

Too small for two people. Probably Okay for one person. Needs something in bedroom to lay clothes on or maybe a chair. Microwave way too high. Refrigerator not level. Bed needs replaced.

Comfortable stay and a good value

We rented a studio apartment on the golf course that had two rooms and a bath. It provided what we needed. The bedroom had a queen bed, one night stand, and a closet with some shelves but no hangers. The entry room had a loveseat, one end table, a dining table with two chairs, and a kitchenette. There was a small sink, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. The apartment was stocked with dish soap, one roll of paper towels and TP, 2 bars of bath soap, 4 washcloths & towels. Basic but adequate. There was no cleaning service provided during our six days. The apartment was clean but had a few scuff marks.

This room was connected to another unit and we could hear the occupants in the adjoining room. The TV was tiny, and the batteries in the remote were dead. This was fixed the same day by maintenance, and we left the TV on low volume to cover the noise from next door. The cost to exchange washcloths midweek was 50 cents each.

Great vacation spot!!

My kids love the indoor pool, and I love that we have plenty of room in the apartment to spread out and not be right on top of each other during vacation. It's also close to everything and not far from the beach. Their staff is absolutely amazing!!!

I do wish they were more updated but as long as the staff is as amazing as they are and it's clean we will continue to stay here.

Everything about this property was great for my family. The playground, the indoor pool (outdoor pools were closed), tennis court, mini golf. Everything was great. The apartment is very spacious and the private balcony was a nice touch. Everything was clean and up to date. I will definitely stay here again during 'in-season' weeks.

If I really had to be picky and find something that I didn't like, it was just the screen door. Like I said, that is me looking for something. I really didnt mind it, and didnt complain or feel the need to complain about it. But I am being asking in the review.
