Houston bound

Mark our check in guy was awesome and actually worked very hard to get is ground floor accommodation. Very nice and polite, and courteous.

The beds were hard and the traffic noise never stopped.

There was a good Italian restaurant within walking distance. The staff was very nice and professional.

The sheets were stained with blood. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The sink was clogged The toilet rocked I do not recommend this place.

Never again!

The guy at the desk was very nice and tried to be helpful.

The bed was twrribly uncomfortable and the TV didn't work. The guy at the desk tried to be helpful, but instead of just getting us another box, his manager said we'd have to change rooms (by now it was 9:00 and I was already in my pajamas. We were exhausted and would've had to pack up the dog crate, etc to move) . My husband offered to go get another box from the front but nope, none were available. The other option the manager gave us was a refund and we could go somewhere else! They did give us a 10% discount on the room, but for $100 a night room, we could've at least had a decent bed and a TV that worked. Not at all what we've experienced from other Best Westerns we've stayed at. And the breakfast was cold, prewraoped pastries. Even with COVID, everywhere else we stayed actually had hot breakfasts available. Maybe for $50, not $120!

Great value that I would return for.

Location was good despite construction. Staff was friendly and room was well taken care of and cleaned every day.

Carpets need a good clean. Kids would have dirty feet if walking around barefoot. Breakfast could use some better bacon and eggs.

Unvaccinated and unmasked staff. That's a No for me.

COVID hell. Lady at reception admitted she is not vaccinated and also not wearing a mask. Then you are supposed to let her handle your breakfast so she can pack your grab n go meal. That's a no.

location

room was not CLEAN, REFRIDGERATOR WAS BROKEN . TABLE/TOP AS IF ONE LEG WAS MISSIING, MICROWAVE WAS HARD TO SHUT. NEVER GOT THE TOWELS I REQUESTED TWICE FROM STAFF. HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK AND PICK UP.
