This place was middling, at best.

It was only three stories so it was cozy and not too large. I liked the staircase from the lobby to the second floor.

The laundry facility didn’t have adequate signage, my room was okay but there were loose floor boards and four tiny pillows on the bed. But the major drawback for me was the insufficient WiFi. I came there for a brief stay away from home to do some work and that was almost impossible because of the poor WiFi. In fact, I was informed by the front desk that one can’t connect their laptop to the internet. If I had known that before, I wouldn’t have booked at all. Oh, and there was also a gas leak and a middling evacuation effort on the part of management.

Not clean and breakfast subpar

Location.. just a place to sleep.

Property was gross.. pretty sure we killed a cockroach in the bathroom and the bedding had this weird bloody snot spot on it. Very grimy around the corners of the tub and toilet bowl was literally cracked. Lights didn’t work half the time. The breakfast wasn’t great.. out of syrup for waffles and very limited choices.

The Location and the Front Desk employees were o.k.

The Breakfast was lacking a lot. and the Bathroom Needs A exhaust Fan that takes the steam and order out.. I do not like I have to request for my room to be cleaned !!!! because I"am paying lots of money to stay at a room I'am paying for..... Housekeeping need to do their job like people use to do Years and years ago. We did not have ask to get room Cleaned!! It was their Jobs!!!

One of the best experiences I've had in my years of hotel stays.

Breakfast was tasty. Area was clean and consistently kept full. The location was great for where I needed to go. Highway access and food places were great! Service was amazing from everyone especially Nikki & the woman that checked me in on 7/20 at approximately 9:15pm.

The morning manager she was rude and hateful then talking about her life story being retired and her children who wants to hear that after she was rude during check got charged a pet fee when the night time manager said no fee since the per was a service dog I have my paper work for service dog and was still charged I told her and she did not listen it against the law I will be reaching out to a professional

I guess because it’s a smoke free facility there was always people sitting in there vehicle possibly smoking. It just made very unnerving.

Lives up to its name. Comfortable end pleasant.

I was really pleased with everything. The room was very clean. The staff were for the most part very friendly but the.night and overnight desk managers were the best. The breakfast was delicious and very varied. A great mix of hot and cold options.

The only thing that I didn't really like initially were the pillows because they were smaller than I'm used to but I did get used to them after the first couple of nights.

it was very clean

the front desk rep name Carl . he was rude & didn’t believe me when I said my keys didn’t work , he said I just didn’t know what I was doing so he went back to my room with me , once he seen the key didn’t work for him either he said we were in big trouble bc the keypad battery went dead & he said he didn’t know how we would get our belongings , finally we got in & were able to switch rooms after waiting for him to do it on his time . also he was telling guest depending on his mood he would wave the deposit. so basically don’t piss him off or don’t treat him like he is not human. he was just VERY unprofessional! but the other workers I met were AMAZING! & the room was beyond clean
