My stay was very good, staff where kind and friendly.

I like the customer service and the room

Breakfast began at 6 am and I was unable to get breakfast before making my way to the airport. The shuttle leaves the hotel exactly at 6am and we were not even offered early breakfast given the fact that you know you had guest taking the shuttle at 6am. I think it should be asked when a shuttle is requested early in the morning.

Clean, comfy, close to airport and great staff.

The free shuttle to the airport was great. Nice free breakfast that had good choices. Room was clean, beds were comfy, air conditioning was great, lots of plugs for devices, solid shower, and more. The staff was awesome especially Mekala who was exceptional!! We may change our reservation and stay here for our departure. There is a mall and some restaurants nearby. Better if you have a car but doable. We recommend.

Not terrible, but not great

The facilities were very clean. The pool was nice, and so were the cleaning staff. The room was very clean as well. We were happy the reception staff was able to check us in early.

The matresses were extremely lumpy, as well as the pillows. Did not get a good nights sleep. We also did not appreciate that the bathroom door doesnt close/lock. The breakfast food was meh, and the plates and silverware were not easily visable.

Comfortable and good value.

I loved the older lady at the front desk, she was very helpful and very friendly even when I had a lot of questions. I loved our studio suite it was bigger than expected and had a full fridge, dishwasher, utensils and microwave , two queen beds and a hide bed. So much space our little fur babies were not uncomfortable they had plenty of space.

I did not care for the younger lady probably early 20’s. She worked the night shift. Was not very personable, and not very friendly, especially when I asked how to my disabled daughter and her husband to use the shuttle when their plane came in at 10 pm. The designated pet area outside was not very big, ended up having to take them on evening walks to get them to go potty.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

The woman answering phones was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered. Said she didn’t have time for my questions. Then why is she answering phones? She basically hung up on me twice.

Spacious rooms, great location. Unpleasant staff.

The location of this property was perfect for us. We only stayed one night. A shopping mall behind was a plus, large room and close to the airport.

The staff were very unwelcoming. It seemed like it was a bother to check us in. We called for an extra pillow and blanket. It took over an hour. They have a free airport shuttle, but almost all the morning spots were full. It only accommodates about 8 guest and there is only 1 shuttle each hour. We would have to leave 5 hours before our flight just to utilize this offering. It wasn't worth it. Unless you book way in advance.

I had a confirmed reservation but there was no room available when I arrived

A reservation at this hotel does not guarantee a room. Despite booking the reservation 3 months in advance with a confirmation number, the property did not have any rooms available upon my arrival. The front desk agent stated that “we are always overbooked” and suggested I look for another hotel. She could not guarantee that I would be reimbursed the difference if I found a hotel with higher rates than I initially booked for. When I told her this was not acceptable, she asked me to wait until the next shift (20-30min) for a more experienced staff member, since there was no manager on duty. This was at 11pm after a long day of traveling with kids (who were on east coast time so it was 2am for them) and grandparents. After another hour, the hotel staff found another hotel with available rooms nearby and transported us there and covered the cost of our stay.

the lady working the front desk wasn’t very friendly. she sent us the complete opposite directions to our room which was frustrating, didn’t crack a smile once.

Nice stay

We loved the modern rooms, free breakfast, and the pool.

The only downside was that the room had some minor cosmetic damage around the windows, but overall, it was a great deal for the price.

Superb

Besides the 1 con, it was a good location to the mall, good amenities, and breakfast had hot items.

1 tiny con: There was a 1 liter bottle of water in the room for purchase for $5, which was too expensive. So we thought if we went downstairs to the little store by the lobby we'd be saving money. They had the single serving water, which I stupidly assumed was gonna cost $2 at the most . But when I checked my receipt after I got home, it was $4.50!!!!!!! So if you're thirsty just drink the 1 liter in the room.
