Cheap and small but great location

Location

The room was very small, the towels were more like hand towels, very small and there was no change of towel or bed linen for the whole 7 days! No where to hang coats for 5 people except a small wardrobe which would be full of clothes.

Good for the price

Good location. We were able to get a room with three beds so that each of our two children had their own bed.

Old and not well maintained. On one of the days, there was no hot water in the shower.

Not recommended!!!!

Kitchen supplies available, three avail beds!

TOOOOOO HOOOOOOT!!!! AC does not seem to work well, it might need to be changed. We asked for assistance but nothing was done so we have to ask for a portable fan(which took a while before they gave one, my father did not leave the front desk so they did not have a choice but to provide us one). Also the place was so dusty and it seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned. It was not a comfortable place to stay especially when you are tired after a long day of walk. We stayed in cheaper place before in NY(sad that it was not available when we booked) but those places are far better and more comfortable than this. We will never stay in this place again. Poor customer service.

NEVER staying there again.

There were ticks in the bed, giving my wife Lime Disease. The room was NOT similar to the photographs online. The $99 cleaning fee charged at the end was inappropriate because it was not properly cleaned following the previous occupant and the rules state rubbish should be taken out - why do we have to do part of the cleaning job if we're paying for it. And $99 to clean a room and a bathroom is extortionate.

Would never go back there.

Comfy beds

The room has kitchen but no table and not even one chair to sit?!? Horrible. I do not know how they imagine that we rent appartment with kitchen and then there is no table or chair in the room??! Noise from the street. Poor english at reception.

Prime location

The location is incredible, close to everything. I was a little bit apprehensive due to old reviews that were bad, but the place was clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a lot of character and history in the room and building.

You could definitely hear your neighbors in the hall, and I think the folks upstairs were having a dance off. There were no small tables by the beds to put your phones, etc, at night. There were no toiletries in the room, bring your own.

Convenient location. That's it.

Not very clean room. Poor quality towel, no shampoo provided. WiFi did not work in one of two rooms, very limited choices of TV channels.

The location was absolutely perfect! It was affordable & clean.

The elevator system was very slow. On the day we checked out I waited 20 minutes to get on an elevator that wasn’t already full. I couldn’t take the stairs because I had a very heavy suitcase.

My daughter and I had a very nice stay and were very safe and comfortable.

very clean, safe and interesting neighborhood, parking close by, nice little kitchen

There was a 99$ cleaning fee, which made the cost of the room higher than expected and then a 200$ security deposit for more cleaning.

Great location and awesome price for studio!

This apartment is in a great location because it is near the Empire State Building and it was easy for me to travel to other tourist spots! The main downside is that the apartment complex can feel a little unsafe. There are always people lingering in front of the building. We are all females and we never left the apartment without one another. Best to stay in a group! Otherwise the apartment was very nice and cozy!

Everything was really nice and pleasant..Location is one of the best in Manhattan..Nice and clean place with fully equipped kitchen 👌
