Great rooms. Older style rooms, but love how they have maintained the art deco bathrooms. Great breakfast. Adequate options. They deserve their good rating on trip advisor.
We thought it was great value.

The room was clean and there was a minimal free breakfast.
It was very dated and there was no secondary lock on door.

Good location, price was good it was clean, but very dated. You don't see many pink toilet anymore. It did have a new 'white' cover though. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was your radical free food.
Very dated.

One of our best stays on Route 66 for its nostalgic look and welcoming reception. The town of Shamrock is really worth a stop as is the Shamrock Country Inn!
It's dated but very well kept up and this only adds to the charm!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, the host at the front desk was extremely gracious and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. He also provided local info. The location was perfect. It's right off the highway, near food and gas and the locals were indeed a joy and very friendly! Oh and there was a wall heater in the bathroom which I loved!!! Breakfast and ice packs were included. We stayed in a family room with 3 beds. Fridge, microwave and dining table in the room. Dog friendly (small fee).
The water was warm but not hot. But nothing we couldn't live with.

For the price this was ok. This is small town Texas so don't expect too much. But for us, passing through on our way west it was exactly what we needed. Wifi was great, bed was ok, bathroom was clean. Yes I would stay here again.
Choice of restaurants was small

conveniently located off from I-40, very clean, check in was easy, and staff friendly. Nice place to stay if just passing through Shamrock, TX.
It was older, promised breakfast on their website, but was told more likely would not get any due to the low volume of overnight guest.

This is a dirty hotel that pretends to be a top notch hotel. The manager at the reception was rude and abusive. I rented a room with 2 beds and he charged me extra for my girls, he gave me a key to open my room and I made a mistake and opened another with the same key, which made me think that he uses the same key to open all the doors. Breakfast is included but they do not offer anything attractive. I do not recommend this place, IT IS NOT A NICE PLACE TO STAY, THEY ARE ABUSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL

Manager went to the trouble to warm up room prior to arrival. He made the pending polar dome survivable.
Older Rt 66 property that was lovingly maintained. It was like spending a night in a 1950s museum.

Loved the retro feel and it’s right on 66 in a great little town, our new favorite town in Texas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the facility is clean. Their included breakfast had real eggs!
Nothing really

The breakfast was excellent. The inn was very easy to find off I40.

Location. Parking outside the room.
Woke up with a few bug bites I didn’t have before bed.
Toilet had a “Sanitized” tag on it, but then it had gross brown stuff down the front of it.
