Matt was so kind, refreshing, and accommodating when we checked in late. The room was very clean with much attention to detail. The beach directly across the street was why we chose the Inn on the Beach, and the beach itself was amazing as well with super clear water. The extra touch being able to get chairs and umbrellas by just asking at the front desk with Tim also pleasant and welcoming was topping on the cake! There was nothing disappointing about the choice Of Inn on the Beach and we hope to be back again sometime! 10 stars!

Great location, just across the street from the beach, and also an easy drive (or longer walk) downtown. Extremely pleasant and efficient staff. Exceptionally clean.

The location was quaint and quiet,very safe, right next to the beach. The young man ( not sure of his name) at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful . Beach chairs, beach towels, shelling nets were available at no charge. Room was clean and nice continental breakfast offered. Outdoor pool area and hot tub very pleasant. Very secure parking.

Beautiful area next to the beach and historic downtown city center. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff (we showed up 2 hours ahead of check-in and they were able to provide us with the room).

The room only had one comfy chair....there is enough room for two. Otherwise it was great...and it was our 4th time staying with them.

Air conditioner was so loud when running we had to turn up the TV and woke us up while sleeping.

I have many memories staying here from when I vacationed with my family as a child. Staying here brought back warm memories. the staff was extremely friendly, and the facilities are great.

The water pressure was lacking, but I believe that may be a general problem in this part of Florida.

The location is perfect. Beach is across the street and a walk up a few steps, through the sand to the beach. If you have walking issues this may be an issue as well as having to climb stairs to the second floor. (Next time I will request first floor!) Checking in was quick and welcoming. Being my first time there, I wish they would include a list of things on the room that is offered to borrow such as beach chair, umbrella, etc. The room was lovely! Smelled clean, looked clean and inviting, updated beautifully! I didn't like that housekeeping parked the cart, vac and mop outside my window early in the morning and stayed there until afternoon as she cleaned the rooms. I should have asked the office about it the first time, I didn't mention until the last day. Management apologized and assured me she would address it. It may be a big thing to some people, like those that like privacy, but wanting to have the window shades open or take coffee on the porch without the housekeeping cart there. The little kitchen had basic things, I just used the microwave and the fridge. The pool and spa were nice. Small, cozy area with tables and chairs. I would definitely give them another try. If you're looking for a low-key, quiet getaway this is perfect. Breakfast was local fresh baked bagels, muffins and such provided along with coffee, tea, juices, fruits, cereals.
