I don't think I had a breakfast at the WoodSprings Suites I stayed at. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Sheets and towels were new.
Smoking outside of the entrance. The folks smoking were away from the door, but there were so many people smoking, it smelled terrible. I felt like I had smoked. The facilities were old, so that made the room look dirty as you can't clean really old stuff.

The size of the suite was very suitable.
I could hear the cars on the freeway quite clearly though my window was closed.

Price was okay
Everything else could’ve been better… but the biggest problems were the roaches, the vagrants, the lack of cleanliness, and could never understand what that smell was throughout the building.

My room was tidy but dirty. Small roaches were everything the kitchen when I woke in the night. There was trash at my arrivyand departure in front of the elevator. Toothpaste smeared in sink and counter. Floors were nasty.
Needed to be clean

low quality for the price

Decent room.
Not bad location for freeway.
Having a kitchenette is pointless if there are no utensils, cutlery, or pans. I paid extra so I could cook.
Extremely disappointed.
The toilet didn't work correctly and there were no curtains to keep sunlight out
The place has a lot of long stay residents. It is not a topical hotel feel.

convenient to work
It was filthy, urine all over the toilet and shower curtain, hair in the bathroom and sink. I work nights as a nurse, so there was never anyone in the office to complain to. I spent 2 hours cleaning and sanitizing the room myself. The bar lock was missing with a bad patch job on the door where it had been ripped off, smelled like smoke and the fire alarm went off one day as I was trying to sleep (proof that people were smoking in the rooms).

It is a nice facility.
I made a reservation and tried to stay there but there was no one at the desk. I called the "after hours" phone number but no one answered the phone. I called a national Wood Springs number I found on the internet and they tried reaching the property several times but were unsuccessful. I am now being told I must pay a cancellation fee!!!!

Breakfast was ok
The front door didn't work . Bad location . Very uncomfortable bed .
