This was the first time that I was near other people who weren’t considerate of others.

Comfortable the beds are

The first morning they didn’t have hardly anything for breakfast was low on supplies. Plus the room across from mine was a kid sho was loud and thdy had a dog which the female yelled at alot .

A good bargain for a comfortable stay in the vicinity of Albany and Corvallis.

The Phoenix Inn Suites is a real bargain compared with some of its competition in Albany and nearby Corvallis. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

It is near the interstate but the staff booked us into a room on the better side of the building.

Very pleasant. I was visiting family and still recovering from a surgery. Slept well. Very quiet.

Had a good variety. Decaf coffee was only thing I would have enjoyed that was not available.

Everything was fine.

Missed my shuttle, due to my train being late. Had to wake up early to catch first shuttle to Newport.

My room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Took stairs down to outside, only to have to hurdle a locked fence. Odd. What if there’s a fire?

It was okay, and consider to find other place if we have to go to Albany again.

The room was nice, breakfast was okay, all facility overall was nice.

We had clogged toilet in the morning and we asked the front desk to fixed it from 5:45 am until we have to leave at 8:00 they still haven't fix the toilet, I asked nicely and patiently and using their common toilet outside our room that morning. No apologize for not able to fix the toilet, and forget the room number everytime i follow up.. our total cost we spend there for one nite is more than $200 and they cant even bother to fix the toilet with reason " I am the only one here" from 5:45 am until 7:30 am when I already saw there are 2 people in the front desk.. but we gonna leave anyway and dont want to make a scene. But just you know that its really not okay to leave the guest without access to their toilet.

Great place, would definitely stay there again.

The room was very nice, large, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, nice selection. Staff was excellent and helpful.

The exercise equipment was out of order.

Best spot in Albany

This place was fabulous! I was so impressed with how nice everything was. Beautiful lobby, friendliest front desk staff ever (shout out to Cindy), and a great, warm buffet breakfast spread. Rooms are gigantic. And great for sleeping- black out shades, fan on provides great white noise, very spacious set up. Shower had superb water pressure and no-slip mats. So many little details this place nailed. Oh- and warm fresh cookies offered in lobby.

Stay at this facility was great for 2 nights. Staff was friendly.

They've done house keeping even though I wasn't expecting and I didn't even request.

Closing time for the pool needs to be extended to at least 11pm or even midnight.

We have stayed here 8 times now. It's always a good stay. Always clean and great staff

My only complaint is that it still smells like cigarette smoke after years of bing a no smoking hotel, and they have always had a great breakfast selection. Not so much on the breakfast anymore. It's a little disappointing now.

All in all a very good experience.

On-line reservation process was easy to use. Desk Staff put us at ease. Rooms were clean and spacious. Water pressure was excellent. Bed was comfortable. I appreciated the extra pillows. Heater/AC systems worked well and was very quiet. Housekeeping staff was also polite.

Perhaps a more spacious vanity top. When two people start laying out their "toiletries" it suddenly gets real crowded.

There is an adult store just across the parking lot that we didn't care for with children with us. The carpet in the room seemed clean but dated.
