Caro para lo que realmente es. Parking muy caro, debería ser gratis. La informsción turística pobre: solo nos intentarin vender el transporte hop in and out del autobús turístico. No nos informaron del transporte público que es mucho más barato y muy fácil de usar. No nos informaron de lugares que ver o visitar, o de los horarios que vale la pena ir a Twin Peaks o al Golden Gate ya que pos las mañanas y por las tardes la niebla no deja ver nada. Un mapa en una fotocopia es todo lo que nos dieron después de esperar más de 15 minutos a que apareciera la señora.

Está bien ubicado y bien comunicado. Tiene unas hogueras para hacer marshmellos(nubes) y te dan un kid a la llegada para poderlas hacer.
Lo encuentro caro por lo que es. No tienen nada de comida ni desayuno, aunque cerca hay cafeterías. El parking es caro. Debería ser gratis si te alojas allí.

Only thing good about my stay was the location. It is in walking distance to
Pier 39. I can't really think of anything else that my wife and I liked.
My trip didn't start out very well. I requested a early check in at 12pm because I had concert tickets that started at 3pm. This request was approved before my arrival. Once my wife and I arrived, we were told that our room wasn't ready and they would call or message us when it was. At that time the lady told us it probably would be about a 1 hour wait. So after 1 1/2 hour wait, I approached the front desk and was told again my room was not ready. Regular check in time was 4pm and after waiting until 4:20 pm, I again approached the front desk and was told my room was finally ready. I was never notified when my room was ready and multiple people gave me the impression that they didn't care and it was something I had to deal with. Now about our stay. The prices are overwhelming. When I booked my room my total was around $500 for 2 nights. When I checked out with the outrageous prices of parking and all kinds of weird fees my bill was around $750. So beware of the gouging. The rooms are very dated and the place is very old throughout. There is barely any hot water or pressure in the shower. Toilet was running, had to fix it multiple times. The air conditioner takes a long time to cool the room. I will never stay here again.

Lots of wear and tear in the rooms, no amenities besides shampoo/soap, food truck was not open (no other onsite eateries) and no room service offered, accepts pets but access to areas for pets to relieve themselves are 2 blocks away, high fees for parking, housekeeping is very noisy in the hallways each day from late morning to early evening.

I was ectastic that our room had a gorgeous view of the Sky Ferris Wheel, the ocean and Alcatraz!!!! The location being on Fisherman's Wharf, was steps away from Pier 39 where we loved watching the sea lions and we were able to walk to our tour boat agency on Pier 33 to visit Alcatraz. We were also able to easily walk to the Musee Mechanique to enjoy this vintage arcade! It was also only a 40 minute walk to the San Fran MOMA. Our son loved that the resort had a pool table, ping pong, shuffle board and so many other games. And we received two nights worth of smore making kits! The staff was friendly, professional and accomodating.
Just being a major city, we knew ahead of time parking would be extra, but that's okay. The staff informed of us of the lowest priced place to park. Breakfast is not included. Again, not a big deal. The hotel did have the option to buy a great little breakfast from a cantina on site. I loved the open patio space where all the games and fire pits were, but I wasn't happy that people that were not associated with the hotel could wander in from the boardwalk facing restaurant attached to the hotel. I wish guests of the hotel had badge access from that restaurant into the patio space rather than there be an open door. Or if there was a security staff person of the hotel there at that pass thru.

Game room and garden were great for the kids, as well as the s’ mores by the fire (free first night). Proximity to Fisherman’s Wharf a big plus.
Basic rooms for a 4 star hotel although with fun details. Toilet blocked upon arrival, which was quickly solved. Very overpriced parking, though better than surrounding options.

I loved the location. Around the corner to the wharf. Room nice had a nice view of the pier , Had to do valet parking since they were doing repairs.
Didn't have a chose to use self parking so had to pay valet parking $80 a day. Wish they would have had a full leigh mirror in the room. but overall great

La ubicación del hotel es buena, muy cerca de Fishermans Wharf.
1. En la página ofrecen servicio de estacionamiento, y resulta que NO es cierto. El estacionamiento se cobra a parte y fueron más de 70 USD por día. Además, es con valet a fuerza, pero no trabajan 24h, así que el día que debía salir temprano para ir al aeropuerto, tuve que esperar casi 40 minutos para que me entregaran el vehículo.
2. La cotización en la página me daba un total de 500USD por la estancia, y a la mera hora fueron casi 1000USD porque cobran lo del estacionamiento, y 30 USD diarios por ammenities del hotel que no lo valen. Y cuando te hacen el cargo, ya no hay opción. ES UN ROBO.

Die Lage war super, direkt an der Fishermans Wharf. Wir konnten von dort aus schon viel zu Fuß erreichen und direkt ums Eck wurden die HopOn HopOff Bustouren angeboten. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und es gab Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby. Der gemeinsame Aufenthaltsbereich im Hotel und im Außenbereich waren super. Abends konnte man am Feuer sitzen und Smors über dem Feuer machen. Das Zimmer war super, nur dass man kein Fenster öffnen konnte, hat uns etwas gestört. Wir würden das Hotel für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt definitiv wieder buchen.

Hotel perfetto da tutti i punti di vista. Camere ben strutturate con ampi spazi per i vestiti, numerosi punti di appoggio, bagno grande. Ottima dotazione di asciugamani, nuovi e morbidi. Distributori per sapone, shampoo, crema, etc. Estetica molto curata e a tema con qualche tocco particolare (in camera c’erano anche le darts). Spazi comuni sia interni che esterni che offrono la possibilità di rilassarsi, giocare (utile per chi ha figli) esteticamente molto piacevoli. Caffè e tisane sempre disponibili nella hall (anche decaf e aromatizzati). Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Late check out a costi ragionevoli.

Hôtel très sympa pour les enfants mais aussi pour les adultes car il y a de nombreux équipements pour eux. Table de ping-pong billards baby-foot , différents jeux etc.

Les chambres pour 4 sont équipés de lit double en taille 130cm. Je me suis rendu compte que c’était indiqué dans le descriptif mais trop tard sinon nous n’aurions pas réservé.
Pas de petit déjeuner disponible dans l’hôtel. Équipements à l’intérieur de la chambre dysfonctionnants (portes de placard qui ne coulissent plus bien, pied de chaise à roulette cassé, problème d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours. Nous n’avons eu que de l’eau tiède alors que c’était réglé au maximum). Tarif très élevé compte tenu des prestations d’hôtel de milieu de gamme

I like the vibes of the hotel; not the usual look of the standard hotel. It has the feel of a submarine, with interesting indoor & outdoor environment to chill and indoor game room for interaction.
The check-in time was late; the entire stay was less than 24 hours. The amenities were less than basic as compared to hotels in Asia.

Good position. Games and activities (also for children) are available in the case one prefers to stay in the hotel.
Room needs some refreshment. Wallpaper falling down and not fixed (despite of the promise). Large bath-room but not real places to put personal items inside. Circulating air with bad smell. Parking quite expensive.

Great location was definitely the best thing. Comfortable bed and room (other than bathroom).
I had some problems with the bathtub and toilet and eventually had to change rooms. The bathroom needs renovation. They made a weird authorization for a payment that is 200€ more than the actual amount of my stay and it is still pending a week later, after having paid the stay full on check out. When I messaged the hotel, they replied it would be removed 7-10 business days after check out, which is ridiculous as I already paid the full amount and I'm not willing for them to still have 600+ euros from me for no reason. That just reflects lack of care. I really wanted to like the hotel and did like the bedroom, and the housekeeping staff were really friendly etc, but not handling the payments professionally leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
