Superb!! This is my second time and will definitely book again here when I come back

Area is superb! Stores are just downstairs and everything you need is just a 5-10minute walk. Staff are nice. Breakfast is great. Rooms are big and also they do housekeeping every 3 days upon arrival.

The elevator is super slow.

Upgrade the reception area and provide at least a bottle of water to a room.

There was no drinking water in the fridge. At least a bottle of water would have helped.

The entrance to the hotel looks too simple with the amount for a night.

The friendly staff, the convenient location (adjacent shopping and dining), make Hyatt Place a gem!

The staff was courteous and helpful! Having breakfast included in our stay made everything so much easier for our students who were on their way to Fordham University for a summer camp. We loved the location because the outdoor mall that this Hyatt Place is located within was filled with great shopping and restaurants. The Hyatt Place, Yonkers is an excellent choice to stay if you are visiting Fordham University, as it is only a quick drive away.

Everything was awesome! I can't think of anything that wasn't just the way we wanted it to be :)

I am so disappointed at the quality of cleanness and also not being able to have access to our room!

The neighborhood

The couch was extremely dirty and I had to call for sheets to be able to cover it and sit on it. We checked it the key did not work for the room and up until our last moment of occupation the keys did not open our room and we had to go back and forth to call for help to get into our room

Location, staff, continental breakfast were all fantastic.

My towels hadn't been refreshed during my two night stay. I was surprised to return to my room after a long day to find my bath towels hadn't been refreshed.

I stayed there before. However this stay I was not happy.

Breakfast was okay/good. Fruit salad was no good this morning. I tried to eat it but not good.eggs and break fast potatoes good.

In my room there was ants. The men’s toilet by the gym nasty. Walk way on the 2nd floor not clean.

My stay was great. Staff was very friendly but facilities need to up their game

Friendly staff. Always welcoming upon to leaving and arrival.

Asking for a crib at check in and completely forgotten about by front desk until reminding them. No change of towels, wash cloths and no hand soap fulfilled in the bathroom prior to check in. No extra dollies to carry luggage up to room like why is there only one dolly.

They have fleas. I was so glad to get out of there. They were bit all over my back. That was the worst thing that l ever went through.yall might want to consider putting them Dogs in certain rooms
