Room had terrible odor.

Everything. Friendly/helpful staff, clean facility & the store upfront
No pools or Jacuzzis but had a great bath!

Rooms are big and everything was very clean! I loved that every room has a little kitchen area.
People in the next room were loud and letting their kids run and hit doors in the hallway. Front desk did talk to them at least.

The hotel was okay in general, and the staff are friendly and polite.
the pillows are uncomfortable, and there's a bad smell in the room...like the rugs were not cleaned...
And a little overpriced. I hope they look into this.

The location was perfect close to interstate, hospital, dining and the mall. The beds were really comfortable and had a really good nights rest. breakfast was really good. Kitchen was big with a full size fridge! Will definitely stay at the same hotel again or when I need to stay in another city.

Location was great. People working there was very helpful. The room was looking much nicer than on the pictures. Facilities are new. Coffee spot is great too! Sparkling clean I would say(I am working in the hotel so I can compare).
The linen was clean, but it was microfiber, I prefer cotton. We forgot a bag with women and kids cloth in the coffee spot, but when I called back - it was never found:(

Absolutely nothing!
Showed up with a booking confirmation and they didn't have our room. The worst part is they refused to to refund our money. Scam

Did not eat the breakfast. The location was good for what was needed.

overpriced, lack of amenities

Location. It was a stopover on my route to Montana. Close to places to eat, car wash, coffee shops.
Check in staff were totally not interested in customer service. Could have been a robot. Put me in a room that smelled like a gas,, lighter fluid or a toxic fume. You could not open the window. I called the front desk and was given another room. I cautioned her that no one should go in that room for health reasons. She didn't even care. I wonder if anyone even checked.

We paid $200 dollars for no amenities. We accidentally left our thermal container with pops and water in refrigerator and called back to pick it up and they said it wasn’t there. We know it was for sure.

Everything ranging from wifi to my first brekky in months.
People looked at me weird

The room was immaculate. It was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. I liked the full size refrigerator, stove top, and kitchen sink with cupboards. I have a medical condition which requires a special diet so I appreciate the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly.
I wished the staff wore masks.
8.0 / 10.0
Clean room, with extras like a stove, large refrigerator, full size coffee maker, friendly staff, snacks for purchase on site 24/7. It was very easy check-in and check-out.
There was no hand lotion. The property was easy to find, but was located in a corporate-like, mixed area with limited retail/restaurants (one breakfast place [caribou], one lunch spot [a deli], and one dinner spot [Azteca]). Azteca was very good, but very busy. Most of the amenities seemed to be directed toward extended stay customers.
