It was pleasant, convenient and clean.

Enjoyed breakfast. Good selections.

There was a lot of noise from hallway, next room over and upstairs room.

Short and substantial- great for ballgames. The shuttle and the driver made it worthwhile.

The breakfast was fine, good coffee and very clean dining room We stayed there for location and the shuttle to the ballpark. The staff we encountered were personable and helpful.

There were not many choices for dinner within walking distance and the in house restaurant didn’t serve what was on the QR code (for menu) on the big floor poster in the lobby. The server was very nice and apologetic. The shower in our room was hard to adjust for the right temperature and seemed to maybe have a slight leak at the floor level. Otherwise, the room was fine, even if on the 2nd floor above the lobby entrance.

Perfect location for Brewer game - use their free shuttle!

We used this hotel to take advantage of their free shuttle to and from the Brewer game. It worked great and the hotel itself was clean, staff friendly, restaurant very good. We would definitely stay again!

The stay would have been perfect had the housekeeping come and changed our bedding.

Location was nice, Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful (especially when I called a couple hours before my arrival)

House Keeping did not come and change our bedding. Even after a soft reminder when the staff was on our floor. Yet no one came and I was in the room most of the day

I was there for a concert and had to pay 450 for one night.

I wasn't told about breakfast or that the hotel offered shuttle service. Room prices were jacked up. Very greedy practice.

Breakfast was mediocre at best…..I was also charged for a suite drink which I have no idea what this even is! I didn’t have a suite and we didn’t purchase a drink!

Came for a family and friend gathering and had an amazing time.

Location was absolutely perfect!!!

Bed was comfortable and room was clean . :)

The atmosphere is so clean and nice. My room was clean and smelt so clean and fresh .

Nothing was bad about our stay besides when we got there the computers were down and no one could get room keys but it was okay .

Convenient location

Comfy bed big room. Near music venue so super convenient to walk to.

Wish we could have used the pool but it was pretty busy and small. Bathroom sink was clogged but didnt want to deal with it in the middle of the night. No microwave for leftovers from dinner. Lucky it was pizza

I got there late 12:15 am and no one working front desk. If I didn’t have digital key I would have been out of luck. No one answered the intercom.

Wasted money, uncomfortable stay with rude staff

Breakfast was good

Our room was a hour late. The room was heavily sprayed with lysol. We could not breathe and had to use a fan and open door to air it out. We were not able to be in room for 4 hours on top of the hour late check in. The workers were very rude and did not care to resolve issues only giving us a card to call management after we get home. Many other issue made the stay not what we paid for to enjoy our getaway.

The location was perfect

When food ran out, it was not refilled. Another guest asked for more and the old woman working the kitchen said they weren't making more because there was only an hour left. People paid for food to eat until 10am. There were alot of people that didn't get food because there weren't much or it was cold. I seen alot of people were not happy either. The worker was rude to the guest. She went back into the kitchen and was loud telling someone in there about the fueat complaining about not having enough food out there. She said to the person in the kitchen " I am not putting more food out there for just an hour." That is rude and it is her job that guest get food that they pay for. I.would really consider have breakfast til 11 so people have more time before they have to leave. The bar on Saturdays should be open til bar time of 2. Everyone was kicked out at 12. That was lost money for the bar.

Me and my daughter came for new years and we loved it. The pool was nice and warm .

I loved the breakfast and the location

I couldnt change the channel on the tv. Also if check in is at 3pm check out should be the same. So really your paying for a day and a half instead of 2 days. And the wifi password didnt work. It was very loud news years eve. Which was to be expected. The beds were comfy.
