Nothing
We were charged by Booking.com for the room. We get there 5 minutes after booking and no room available. We ordered a double queen and got a single queen for 3 of us. Then on our bank stmt., Booking charged us and MyPlace also charged us. NOT IMPRESSED. After talking to others, this seems to happen alot. MyPlace is playing dumb. $500 for a single queen in Grand Forks ND?? Effing ridiculous. Will never use booking again!!

No pool.

Location great, price ok, option for kitchen and big fridge is nice
Would've been nice to know kitchen not stocked. We have always had hotels with kitchen having dishes, silverware, pots provided so came with food to cook. But kitchen empty. Nothing to eat a bowl of cereal with or cook anything. Microwave food for sale downstairs is spendy. Arriving back at hotel late night after activity and hungry, gas station and restaurants closed for night, nothing to cook/eat our food we brought with was frustrating. Told due to no dishwashers. Would've been nice to know of empty kitchen cupboards to bring own things.

the property was clean and comfortable!
I had booked three rooms ahead of time on booking.com. I paid for the hotels right away so when I arrived all I had to do was pay the pet fee. when we checked out we were surprised to see they charged us again for two of the three rooms! so at this point we’re out $400 I’m hoping the manger will be in tomorrow to fix this!

Price was what attracted me at first, but no breakfast unless you pay xtra, can cook in room/kitchenette but no anything to do that with or any settings....not worth it.
Description. Not worth the price.

Nothing.
Front desk service, sneezing, sniffling wiping face with hands. Minimum food service in small shop, had to buy pans to cook canned food. Virtually no microwave foods. Had to buy spoon for food. Minimum snacks available. No sugar/cream (powdered or alternatives) available in room for coffee. Price was changed - more than published rates.

Very clean!

Room smelled like smoke and they gave another room to us. We booked two rooms one for us and one for our daughter. She has allergies to smoke. Our room was fine. The beds squik. May need some new beds?? Otherwise everything was fine. Location was great across from Alerus. We went to the football game.

The hotel is clean
I’ve never stayed in a hotel with a kitchenette that had absolutely no pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, knives, forks, spoons, cooking utensils of any sort in the room, but expect you to purchase them in their lobby store. I saw no indication of this on your website. I find this ridiculous.

Great location and nice size rooms.
Our check-in took way to long. They should have had another person helping out.

I'm consistently pleasdd with My Place.
The bed pillows are too thick. For a longer stay, I would have brought my own or purchased one locally.
