it was a very nice breakfast. Lots to choose from.
There was know cool or cold water in the bathroom!!! If you wanted to take a shower you couldn't cool it down enough. It was as hot as the hot water not even a little bit cooler!!! They said it was like that in town as well. I can't believe that it was that hot even when I ran it for min. or so. Just doesn't sound right! To get cold water, you had to go to the exorcize room to get cold water out of water cooler.

good location and pet friendly room
beds could be better

The bed was clean, and comfortable. The water was warm as long as the person next door wasn't using it also. Clean towels. The TV was good. There is a microwave and a refrigerator.
Older hotel. We were on the bottom floor. The room had a very strong musty, moldy smell. It was very bad. Woke up with a sore throat. And it was extremely humid. We walked into the room and the AC was on full blast, the overhead ceiling fan was on and the bathroom fan was on. We were clammy all night. I tried to see if we could switch rooms but they told me they couldn't help me because all the rooms had the same air conditioning. The couch was smelly and the cushions were stained. There was a dirty washcloth left on the shower rod. We will not stay here again.

The staff (Jaylan at front desk who arranged a good room to keep watch on my motorcycle and Janice in Porters and the new guy who came to deliver my requested polyester pillow) and the extremely well maintained facility(
The DoubleTree failed me for the first time. I like to use the laundry facilities, one reason I choose to stay here. The soap dispenser did not work ruining my plans and forcing me to wear stinky motorcycle riding clothes to meet my West Coast family. Jaylan eliminated my $15 parking fee ascompensation for my loss but I would have preferred clean clothes. Everyone, Jaylan, the maintenance tech, the maintenance supervisor who came by over the course of wasting my two hours said it wasn't their problem as they contract out the laundry room services. Sorry, contracting doesn't work that way. The one who contracts serviceis still responsible to their customers. If a hotel contracts out its linens they still remain liable to their guests for clean sheets. Sorry, you failed me this time but the facility and staff are too great to deduct any rating points.

Comfortable bed, good shower, in room coffee, free WiFi, adequate breakfast too. Decent, cheap one nighter on a road trip, though expect absolutely no frills.
Building is tired and stuck between a freight railway line and freeway. Also a lot of noise from adjoining rooms - not partying, just people going about their business, but noise really transfered from above (we were on floor 2 of 3). Ok for a stop on a road trip though.

close to the freeway
dirty and old, definitely needs more maintenance

I think the breakfast was ok, just would have liked to have some bacon or ham to go along with the eggs.

Breakfast was good
Room not as clean as could be. Fountain drink left in fridge, no Kleenex. Asked for ADA room, which bathroom was large and had grab bars. It had outside showers chair, but ton too high to climb over. Ok made do with sponge bath. Lots of noise, next door ? Kids kept trying to open adjoining room door, loud tv, person above banging around a lot.

ok.. but no elevators
location

Location.
Staff made a snide remark, unprofessional. Room smelled like food and didn’t feel like it was that clean. Also worried about the safety of my belongings left in car this trip.

needed improvement but followed Covid guidelines.

This was an older exterior-entry hotel, but it seemed pretty well maintained. We stayed on the 2nd floor, which we accessed from an elevator nearby.
The included "hot breakfast" was pretty minimal. We had a yogurt and hard-boiled eggs, and drove somewhere else down the interstate for a more substantial meal. We could not locate any hot coffee as part of the breakfast area, so we got some at the McDonald's located next door.

the check in process was a bit slow due to on 1 worker staffing both desk.
more staff, rooms are small and outdated and smelled like mildew. Noisy also due to the age of the building, major remodel is needed
3.6
safety!
had to park too far from my room, didn’t understand the map.
3.6
Location was great and easy to get to. For the value, it had highway noise as we were on the pool/highway side of the building. Unit was clean.
Mattress and pillows could have been better but I made through the night without to much adjusting for comfort and support.

My room was so clean, paler pleasing, very comfortable bed! Exceptional!
Nothing!

Nice facility, breakfast was good and room was comfortable.
A/C is very noisy and made it hard to sleep.
3.6
It was a nice clean place to stay for the night. Would stay again if needed
The only thing I didn't care for was the carpet. It was dirty but most carpet is.
3.6
It was there and available for the night- pet friendly. Nice welcoming staff.
Nothing fancy. Mediocre but good for a tired traveler. Right near freeway.
3.6
Extremely clean. Very nice staff
3.6
A cricket in the hotel kept me up most of the night

I love the layout of the facility because, even though it's right next to the interstate, there are many rooms shielded from the noise. The room was spacious, and it was very easy to check in with our dog.

Great staff! Very friendly and nice! Great beds!
Room was great, just a bit tight for a family of 4

Not clean at all.
