Déçue pour un hôtel 5 étoiles !!

L’emplacement est très bien mais des travaux à droite et à gauche de l’hôtel nous on empêché de profiter de la piscine car le bruit était assourdissant.

Cet établissement devrait revoir sa propreté dans les chambres. De plus la chambre n’était pas faite à 18 h , 2 fois pendant un séjour de 5 jours. Et après réclamation, nous n’avons pas eu toutes les serviettes !! Enfin le personnel de la piscine n’était pas assez présent pour placer les gens .

Okay hotel with great location, but not good value for money.

The location of the hotel is great. It's very nice to have beachfront access and a nice pool area. The pool and beach chairs are included for guests, but note that beach umbrellas come at an extra cost of $25.

The room had a very odd layout - bed in the middle of the room and hardly any surfaces in the room or bathroom (not even end tables on the sides of the bed). Housekeeping forgot basic things - shower wasn't fully cleaned (saw sand and hair for the entirety of the stay), had to call to get our complimentary water, toilet paper, and bath towels as everything had run out or been removed and nothing put back in. The food at the beach/pool is expensive and portions are tiny ($25 for a shrimp cocktail that had 5 shrimp). Beach umbrellas come at an extra cost of $25. Had an unpleasant experience with on-site restaurant staff because we were sitting and having a snack in what we thought was outside the restaurant area - some couches outside, literally on the other side of the eating area dividers. We were told that "the owner was watching" instead of simply being politely asked to move or even offered a drink menu so we could continue hanging out there. Overall, the hotel looks like it could use some upkeep and remodeling. There is unfortunately construction happening on either side of the hotel, so it can get very loud by the pool with unpleasant noises.

Buena pero pueden mejorar en atención al cliente.

La ubicación e instalaciones como piscina y restaurante estuvieron muy bien. También nos gustó la distribución, mobiliario y limpieza de la habitación.

En el baño no había suficiente lugar para colocar productos de baño que llevamos. Nadie del personal explica al ingreso cómo funciona lo del club de playa, y para nosotros como huéspedes primerizos hubiera sido útil saber a qué teníamos derecho desde que llegamos.

Un hôtel bien placé mais avec un niveau de prestation insuffisant

L’emplacement et l’accès direct à l’océan. Le bar est agréable.

Les chambres sont vraiment cheaps (carrelage avec impression marbre, peinture en très mauvaise état, moisissure) et mériteraient d’être refaites.

Het hotel is gewoon goed

Aan beide kanten bij de buren waren mega grote sloop werkzaamheden. Elke dag!!!! Wat een lawaai. We hadden juist balkon geboekt om lekker buiten te kunnen zitten maar dit was overdag niet te doen. Om 7 uur in de ochtend begon het lawaai tot 1700 uur! Bulldozers af en aan. En dan ook nog vaak tot ‘s avonds de muziek bij het zwembad op disco volume. Man man man we kregen geen rust. En dat voor bijna 500 dollar per nacht

Não recomendo. Primeiro que o valor que vc fecha com a booking é diferente no check in. Cobram taxa diaria de resort fee

Tudo foi cobrado a parte e era uma surpresa. Resort fee diario que nao sabiamos, mesmo pagando isso ainda cobravam 25 dólares por dia pra usar guarda sol na praia.

Great value for your money

Clean, it’s location was great, nice breakfast and nice beach!

All went good except for my check-in, a supervisor “Nahum” was very unprofessional and had an attitude when I was asking about the possibility of the early check in and he shouted with a firm tone “our check-in policy is at 4:00 pm and we won’t do anything” when I told him but your colleagues said at least they will try, he then changed and said we will try! I told him this is what I just wanted to hear instead of being harsh and saying this is our policy. other than this everyone was super helpful and supportive I.e Isaac at the beach was phenomenal and Cesar at the reception was of great support and a nice smile!

Me cargaron más de doble de mi estadía en la tarjeta. Reclamé y me dijeron que devolverían el importe, pero nadie se ha comunicado conmigo y mi tarjeta cerró los cargos y me veré obligado a cancelar mas del doble de lo que costaba el hotel por negligencia mal servicio del hotel. Para cobrar corren, para responder hay que perseguirlos. Si es que responden.

Bom custo benefício nesta área

Hotel bom custo benefício, funcionários bem educados e prestativos. Localização com restaurantes e lojas próximas. Facil acesso a praia e calçada.

Cobram cadeiras na praia. Localização boa mas não tem cafeteria ou um bom mercado perto. Muitas construções em volta. Hotel mais jovial, pecam na limpeza dos quartos e piscina.

Buenísima la ubicación como siempre y la verdad el desayuno ahora ofrece opción de buffet que también es bueno. El precio no lo paga si, es caro para lo que ofrecen.

La limpieza de la pieza más o menos, el baño que me tocó realmente malo!!! La presión del agua no alcanza ni para sacarse el champú, la ducha se mojaba entero el baño! Realmente una lata!

Fabuleux et un grand MERCI aux personnels extraordinaires et exceptionnels

Les chambres très claires, sol marbre blanc murs peinture blanche. La literie, grand lit 2m très confortable. Chambre 241 avec petit salon et vue sur la piscine et la mer. Par contre la 2 eme chambre 242 plus petite , même grand et confortable lit, mais vue sur mur. Belle piscine, plage privée et vélos à disposition. Excellente cuisine, restaurant, plage , bar et piscine moins chers qu’à l’extérieur. N’hésitez donc pas de manger à l’hôtel.

Posto molto carino e comodo, pulito ed in posizione strategica di Miami Beach

Ottima posizione, sul mare e nel pieno della vitalità di Miami Beach.

L'ascensore non era di livello eccelso. Al piano 6, come agli altri, non è presente un indicatore di dove si trovi l'ascensore quando viene richiamato. MIgliorabile anche la colorazione e l'illuminazione dei corridoi. Assolutamente da migliorare nella stanza interna delle colazione la rumorosità delle porte che portano sull'esterno. La porta di destra sbatte con un rumore assordante.

Won’t stay again.

Cleanliness, bed comfort and decor.

Constant fire alarms for testing which went on ever 30 seconds for almost 3 days. Jack hammers by pool. Weird pool music. Paying for beach umbrellas . Food prices in hotel . Pool was like bath water and needed cooling off.
