Great stay in our favorite coastal Maine town. Have stayed at many B&Bs in Camden this is the best!

Hospitality and Breakfast personnel are outstanding! Special thanks to Gwen, Leah, Maya and Kitchen manager. All helped make our stay wonderful and each went a bit out of their way to make it happen. Really great!

Can't think of a thing! Well done!

Cute place with great breakfast

Cute hotel, plenty of parking. Nice big open space for reading and relaxing, although the furniture could have been a bit more comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, unique small plate format, very tasty. Plenty of parking.

It's walkable to downtown Camden but a bit of a hike so we mostly had to find scavenge for parking in town. We knew this up front so it was fine, but just so you know it is a bit away from downtown. My only complaint is that they have cheerful upbeat music from like 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (not certain about the hours?) in the lobby and my room was right at the top of the stairs from the lobby so it would wake me up when they turned it on in the morning and was still audible at bedtime. But not a big deal.

Our stay at Whitehall was wonderful, we will definitely go back and would highly recommend it!

We loved the breakfast, the options were very unique and different every day we were there. The location was ideal, walkable to the town/harbor.

The only downside of the room we stayed in was that the window air-conditioner was very large and loud.

So close to being REALLY good, but too many negatives to consider a restay.

The facility was quircky cute, which we loved. The outdoors seating areas were pleasant for reading, relaxing. Loved that it was in walking distance to downtown for us - but not everyone could have handled the distance. The staff was lovely, the breakfast and little treats through the day were very nice.

Our room overlooked the main highway through town and was on a sloping street. Every truck that came through, day or night, was applying their pony brakes on the downhill. There was NO quiet time whatsoever. We should have been given the option of a quieter room at the back when we reserved or when we checked in. The bathroom had NO horizontal surface for toiletries, etc. Pedestal sinks have NO place in rental accommodations unless there is adequate shelving for personal items.

I love Whitehall! Very quintessential New England I love all the charming details of the property. The room was quaint and beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We had a nice stay. Also love the lounge areas and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location too walking distance to the cute shops and restaurants. Will definitely go back whenever I find myself in Camden again.

Another great experience at a Lark Hotel!

Staff was very accommodating and friendly, loved having a bar on site. It’s a great location just outside of town which I liked and the outside seating and fireplaces at night is so lovely. The window ac units cool the room well, it was 30 degrees while we were there and we were in a standard queen and the room was smallish but very comfortable. Finishes and decor are modern and very charming, lots of parking!

My only complaint is we need to get away from the half done housekeeping of Covid. I left a generous tip and got new towels. Not the bed made, not the room tidied etc. for a full rate I would like full housekeeping. Nit picking though I loved it there!

Very charming, great location, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast, lovely shower.

Road noise. The windows are original single-panes and since it’s a very old summer Inn, I would assume no insulation in the walls to provide sound insulation. Loved the place and would return but next time I would ask for a room facing the back of the property.

We loved it so much we extended our stay.

We were blown away with the beauty of this property and the room. The room was well designed and decorated in keeping with the heritage of the building. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The common areas were plentiful and you didn’t feel awkward using them.

Although much rehab has been done to the property, inadequate training of staff and poor judgement of management in allo

Exterior front looks good, we’ll maintained. Breakfast good. Room comfortable, well-appointed.

Blaring recorded music in lobby from morning to night. Ridiculous. Staff untrained. Male staff had been in country two weeks, unfamiliar with community. Unable to make restaurant, activity recommendations. Female staff said she couldn’t turn down volume of music because she was “just a sub”. Parking lot rough, dark, treacherous to walk through at night.

Nice stay at Whitehall

Vert neat place. We were able to walk to town and the shops. Old place with newer vibe.

Because it's an old place the floors are uneven. The bed was sloping because of the floors. Other than that, it was a comfortable place. Like with any younger generation, the staff is more involved in looking at info online than being attentive to guests. If we needed something we had to go search for someone to help. I know that might seem petty to most, but it is worth mentioning.
