Nice comfortable room with good breakfast selections.

Clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast.

No tv! Wanted to check in after a long day driving and relax watching some tv. There tv service was out for some reason, so we’re unable to watch any tv.

It is consistently good! Can't ask for more.

I stay here weekly and the staff is kind and friendly. They go out of their way to give me a room on the first floor. The rooms are always really really clean. Its nice to know that weekly the room will be just the way you expect to be- the standards are consistently high.

The hotel was nicely located ,pool was nice, rest of stay was unsettling.

The hotel was conveniently located.The pool was nice. Room wasn’t too bad.

Some of the staff were rude some were nice. I was told to go to my room by a staff member when I was in the hall at 10:15 . She stated quiet time was 10 and I needed to go to my room. There were adults in the lobby drinking coffee and having conversation and they were made to leave and go to their rooms. At almost $400 a night there should be an area where people can sit at . The police were there multiple times during my stay. They escorted a gentleman out wearing a hospital band and hospital attire. There was bloody gauze outside the main entrance of the hotel. Dirty towels were outside the doors of rooms in the hallway. There was a gentleman that was staying there filming children with his cell phone. When it was reported to the desk it was stated that they didn’t know what room he was in so it couldn’t be addressed.

I didn’t not stay the last night there. I had to leave on April 12th because of a Family Emergency.

The Staff was very nice.

The Breakfast was just ok. It could have been better. I prefer the waffles because you can make them fresh. The pancakes were already made and they were not that hot.

If you are looking for acceptable service and a decent stay look elsewhere.

Booked through booking.com. Hotel and Wyndham Customer service are unable to provide an invoice, which every other hotel/ hotel chain was able to to do in the past. If you want better service use TRU by Hilton near by. Breakfast was minimal, Staff hardly able to copy a name by spelling or a telephone number. Window in the room could not be opened. Bed was uncomfortable.

This suited our needs for a one night stay. I'd stay there again.

Location was great. Microtel was very clean and felt New. We were greeted at check in by friendly, informative manager and associate. The bed was really comfortable, and we slept well.

Was one of my favorite hotels in the area.

Prepaid on booking.com but charged twice more by microtel! This has caused an extra $320 + charged to my bank account..This mistake is quite disturbing.

My go-to choice in hotels!

This hotel focuses on the customer. My hotel room was spotless, nicely equipped with amenities, a comfortable bed, and importantly, a customer-focused staff. The general manager, Lisa Kester, was superb in personally helping me out. Microtel is now my go-to choice - Adios Holiday Inn Express!
