The condo was awesome and loved the full balcony with all the seating and loved the washer and dryer

The dishwasher would just start at random, we had to unplug the stove in order for the oven to work, the drawers where the silverware was kept was dirty and had dead bugs in them.

The apartment was really dirty After my complaints the housekeeper came and try to clean but this place needs good deep cleaning!!! The check out time was 10.00am but at 9.20 the cleaning lady just come inside to used the door code without knock to the door She’s come left some stuff and left She didn’t ask if she can or something

hard work keeping small children from running, jumping and making noise.

dirty coverlet on master bed with dried blood on it. Resident of building said my 2 grandchildren age 3 made too much noise. Basically ruined it for us.

Location was right on beach as said.

We were on the balcony and my grand baby hit the rail. The lady underneath us popped her head over the rail and told us to be quiet. A bit later the security guards came to our door and told us she was the owner and said if she had to complain again we would be evicted! I informed him we had done nothing wrong and both security guards stayed they understood but that she was always complaining and we needed to just be quiet so that she didn’t complain on us again because they would be forced to evict us. It was ridiculous and we would never stay at Thai location again.

enjoying family and seeing the smile on my daughter and mom face made it worth wild

that we were right on the beach

that we were up so high and how long the elevators took and how we had to wait to unload and get a cart and try and find our property and then unload come back and parking was horrible so we tried not to go out anywhere except when we went to do the boat tour which was fun

It was clean and the location was great. The elevators worked every time and they were quick. The parking garage was super roomy and there was plenty of parking. We have stayed in a condo down the road several times where it took 30 minutes or more to catch the elevator and half the time several of them were out of service. We also couldn’t find parking in the garage and it was super tiny and a nightmare getting through with a large vehicle. The Majestic was most definitely an upgrade!!

Location was great, size of condo, view from balcony.

Advertised 2 hot tubs- both were on, people were in both of them, we got in the hot tub on tower 2, 5 people were there before us. They left when we got in and then a security guard came and kicked us out due to pool being under maintenance. Hot tub should've been off and signs should've been up. Condo we stayed in didn't hardly have any hot water (tower 2 1404) hot water lasted maybe 10 mins. 2 people couldn't shower at same time, not enough hot water to fill up jacuzzi tub. Tv in living room was not hooked up to cable, we had to figure out how to hook it up correctly. Freezer was leaking into refrigerator, pile of water on top shelf in fridge. Condo wasn't cleaned very well, couch was full of sand and under cushions, food was on floor under island. Sink in master bathroom didn't drain.

The layout of our condo was GREAT. The furnishings were fine. Our balcony was roomy - very helpful - and had good furniture. The pools were also great, and much appreciated for our 18-month old.

I was very unhappy with 2 things: One, the kitchen was really underfurnished. The condo supposedly sleeps 10 - but there was hardly any silverware or dishes! We had to go out and buy those things plus a sharp knife and a couple of pans just so we could cook and have meals. A real hassle and extra expense. Two, I made 3 calls - to the booking agent and to Housekeeping to see if I could get some help with the kitchen furnishings. NO ONE called me back or provided any assistance at all.
