The Sunrise Grill is a very good place to eat. The food prices and the service was good also.

The room was great. The price was good for the room we got.
The “no face-to-face” check in was not to our liking. Having to call to be told to download an app in order to get the key to our room seemed odd. No elevator to the top floor was not ideal for hauling luggage.

Very friendly staff and spacious room. They we’re kind enough to receive a mail package for me which was waiting for me in my room upon arrival!
The room was uncomfortably warm and there was no way to adjust the temperature. I kept the window open all night but that was not enough to cool it down to a more pleasant level.

No carpet in room which we liked, everything seemed clean except we ended up with bed bugs.
Staff were very nice and accommodating once they came in when another guest and I called the number left at the desk to check in.
1. Found bed bugs in both beds on our last day. Informed staff via phone at check-out. Cleaned/dried everything but still ended up with bed bugs at our home. $1500 for an exterminator and drying/cleaning and processing everything wish I would have sprung for a more expensive hotel.
2. Can either use smart phone or an actual key to enter room, but key hole is below the door knob straight up and down so that was awkward, and you had to turn it just so to enter or it would keep spinning.

The bedding was new Thats it only thing we liked
The outside was very worn the parking lot was broken and not secure at all. homeless in the parking lot walking in was scary, very old( NOT IN A GOOD WAY) nasty chairs in the lobby area smelled no one at front desk waited a work man walked by and said i had to call a number ok wheres the number? a boy walked by and said it was on the floor behind the desk he got it for me called grumpy man answered finally came to the desk given a key go up a dilapidated elevator finally get to room no key hole another guest went by said it was on the bottom of the metal handel area could not be seen what a pain to try and open room had some newer furniture beds were newer, hard stiff bedding tv would not work 3 times before they could make it work not enough towels had to ask 3 times for more towels then explain why we needed them(4 people) 2 bath towels never had maid service

Theattached cafe was very good. Family operated very friendly.
when the desk was attended the folks very very friendly and accommodating.
Room was spacious and clean and comfortable.
The check in by phone and app. was difficult for us. Would like to suggest two luggage racks to set luggage on. Needs a full length mirror. Room entry door and interior door should be replaced. was kind of a skeptical first impression but was suprised when we got into the room.

I like how you can check in at any time. But I feel like a bother when I have to call to get the keycode. Maybe a kiosk to check in, verify who you are and then get a keycode.
The room 212 seemed off. Usually, the fan is right above the bed.

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Comfortably beds.
No staff on duty. The restaurant needs longer hours.
Better water pressure and hotter water.

I was using the dresser to put clothes into and the t.v. fell off hitting me, I believe the t.v. should be brace or mounted on the wall above the dresser so something like that is prevented from happening

Was very pleased with the stay, and I will definitely stay again.

I liked that the room was big and it was in a central location and that it was cheap.
It was old, sketchy people were living in it, and the smell of the hallway was pretty terrible. The fist day of our stay there was no hot water. I see what people meant about having to wait for someone to be available at the front desk- it appears they’ve hired someone who lives there to come down and operate… or it’s just lousy service. Can’t complain too much for the price, though.

The building was older but recently renovated so the overall appearance was good, and the room was reasonably large (corner unit). We had a late arrival, and it took a phone call to check in, but we did not need to wait for long. The mirrored wall unit with the closet space was funny but also weird. First of a kind for us. Overall, good value and good location.
Our room... The plumber really messed up with the shower mixer, the handle does not turn enough to produce hot water. FIX this now! So, we did no shower that night as it was too late to change rooms after unpacking everything...

Great location, clean and tidy
There is a great big balcony that is accessible from the room, it would be good if they had tables and chairs out there to sit and relax.
