The location is not bad. The front desk agent we checked in with, Ruben, was nice.
The rooms are on the smaller side. The toilet handle had to be held down to flush. The TV brightness was low, making the screen hard to see due to the glare from the windows. Housekeeping is every other day. I requested the front desk agent for housekeeping to come by, and they never did even though the agent told me they would. We talked to the front desk agent that same night and was told to leave our trash beside the door. We left the room around 12:30pm the next day and the trash was still there. They did not replace the garbage bags in our trashcan afterwards. The price for parking in the parking garage is expensive at $64 a day. When we tried to speak to the front office manager, he was rude and condescending - wouldn’t let us talk and talked over us

Clean room
Fees for everything! I requested a pack and play for my infant with my reservation then got an email saying i couldn’t have one because it was a two bed room. Breakfast was an up charge, parking was over 60$ a day, joining email lists and club to use wifi. Everything was a hassle or a fee!!

The cost of the daily parking fee.

Great location, clean & comfortable beds.
No shampoo in dispenser. The a/c was so noisy that I felt we were sleeping in a construction zone. A/c couldn’t be turned off.

Staff was wonderful, if we had an issue they were able to resolve!
The workout area could be more updated

Awesome location, very close to the convention center. The Mighty-O doughnut place across the street meant quick breakfast every morning! Clean room, better counter space in bathroom than some other places. Stayed in 2-bed with 4 people and felt like we had plenty of space. Staff friendly and very helpful when we requested items. Plentiful carts in entry area for your luggage. Lounge area in lobby nice, relaxing place to wait, or if you need a space with tables + seats to meet up with others. Would stay again!
Wifi connection differed per person in the room, some days easier to connect, other days not, or was spotty. If you use the Hilton key card, staff is helpful when I needed assistance with setup, but FYI if it's busy e.g. a busy checkout day, it is powered by the hotel wifi, so may not work when trying to access elevator.

Nice facilities, friendly staff
Nothing in particular. Had a great time.

Close to convention center. Room was a nice size. Loved the self parking and 24hour access to my car instead of valet.
All was great and it may be me but it just seems like TP is greatly guarded. We were there for 5 nights and when we got there there was about a quarter of a roll on one and a new roll on another so by the next night I called for more to be brought up and one roll was delivered so this became a daily request. I think I will just travel with my own TP as to not get caught without.

Friendly staff, quiet overall so we could relax
Parking was a bit expensive

Staff at breakfast were really friendly and knowledgable, giving us good advice on Seattle.
Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Air conditioner made a horrible noise and the controls didn’t work. Safe didn’t work. We weren’t given enough towels. Swimming pools were either too cold or too hot and it was badly laid out so far from relaxing. I also asked at reception if there was any coffee available and was just told a flat and rude “no”. He might have given me a sachet or two for the machine in the room but “no”. Not welcoming.

Good position, all main attractions are within walking distance. Perfect staff especially on the breakfast. Many food options in the surroundings.
View from the room was right in to the office in the next building.

All was well with the wee exception where the clerk checking us out had cancelled our key card before exiting the parkade so he had to come down and manually let us out. We enjoy Hilton properties for our stays.
The safe did not work (battery change needed) and the sealing around the shower door was coming off

Room, breakfast and location were good. Staff were excellent.
The fact that room rates were raised fo that particular weekend.

The shower.
The mattress is too old is time to replace the AC is very very noisy and old.

I had an allergic reaction, apparently to the detergent used in the bed linens. The first two days I woke up with terribly itchy neck and face, red skin, and swollen eyes. Then I put one of my t-shirts over the pillow and had no further problem. I'm not sure if it was the detergent used or if it was inadequately rinsed. Either way, it was not pleasant.

Garden Inns typically have free breakfast…this location did not and it was expensive!! The service was great and the food was good but I didn’t really expect to have to pay. Also my daughter who lives in Seattle came to pick us up and had to pay for parking, which was not indicated on the website description.

the location
1) the staff is welcoming but whoever you talk to, you have a different answer on your requests. this is annoying and disruptive in your journey.
2) the AC is really loud when on.

We only needed a basic stay and this was perfect for that. Staff was really nice. Room was clean and what you'd expect for this type of hotel.
Most of the hotel rooms are currently facing a construction site. Thankfully not too much noise at night or early morning, but if you want to work from your room or nap it's noisy all day.

The walk to our convention center was less than five minutes, the gym and hot tub were well equipped. The staff was friendly, and accommodating.
We were on the side facing construction. Not the hotels fault, and not a huge problem, but was sometimes a bit louder than a traditional city room might be.

When I arrived and informed the staff that when I booked with Booking Dot.com, I informed the attendant at the front desk that Breakfast was included. He said that it didn't show it on my reservation. I didn't bother with it any longer. My boyfriend said no breakfast was excluded. The next morning, I informed the manager who looked onto the matter. Not only did he oppoligies for any mishaps he comped the beverages I had bought that previous day. This is truly customer service.
