I like the rooms
I did not like the staff whom even though my cousin is a elite platinum member that I was booked a room by my cousin whom stayed here in this hotel one year and the staff didn’t book my room with her reservation on the points she had earned they claimed that I was connected to her and even though I was not being joined by her I was refused service and I think that is HORRIBLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO BE SO INHOSPITABLE AND AS A HOTEL CHAIN WITH SUCH A REPORE THIS FRANCHISE IS NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF THE BRAND AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO GET THE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE IF THEY DON’T HAVE TO BE IN THE RIGHT OR A EXAMPLE OF THE INDUSTRY SHAME ON THEM TO HAVE THE MARRIOT NAME OVER THERE HEAD THIS IS WHY THEY ARE DOING FLOOD AND FIRE INSURANCE fraud vin hospitality BEEN DOING IT FOR SEVEN YEARS

Location was convenient to the freeway, and we appreciated the doggie relief areas around the property. The room was huge and gave us adequate space for relaxing after a long, hot day at the horse show.
Here is what we were really disappointed about: this hotel is charging Hot Vax Summer 2021 prices while still operating as if it's still Sad Summer 2020. There was NO BREAKFAST of any sort. I understand if you're reluctant to start serving the dining area again, but please - every other hotel where I've stayed in the last year has offered a "grab and go" bagged option for breakfast. Residence Inn couldn't be bothered to do even that. Additionally, there were no tissues or paper towels in the room, so we had to ask at the front desk. This was puzzling. Do they really think the virus lives in a box of Kleenex? I understand peak pricing for summer - about $500 a night for the 2BR suite - but that price, plus the pet cleaning fee of $150, seems quite unfair considering the very minimal services they provide.

I appreciated having a kitchen, and that was about it. The front desk staff was outstanding and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable
Controlling the number of dogs a person can bring in, cleaning the pool, and maintenance and upkeep in rooms. Very sad that this is a newer hotel, and it smells like dog poop down the first floor hallway, my nightlight was broken off with exposed wires, our couch/bed was broken in the middle. The side gate to the pool was broken. The grab and go breakfast was prepackaged muffins, to go oatmeal, and some fruit. Booking.com states no pets allowed, but the website says pet friendly, so beware if you have allergies, don't want to hear dogs bark all night, or like me don't want to be almost bitten. There is no limit on the number of dogs, so picture three large aggressive dogs in a room, not where I want to stay again.
