Great location, central to many amenities (restaurants, WalMart, Fuel, etc.). a good way back from the main road, so very quiet - we were able to sleep with the window open! Breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent - hot drinks available anytime. Hosts are charming and very knowledgeable about both the history of the location and the area, including local events and places of interest.
"Baby toilets"...seems to be common in many places in the US for some reason. Very small, very round bowl (and we're not large people).

The couple that runs the place were excellent hosts.

We booked this B&B because of the close-ish proximity to Letchworth State Park. Upon our arrival, we learned there'd been a cancelation and we were offered a room with a bigger bed. Hosts were friendly and communicative, breakfast was lovely, dinner recommendations were spot on (go to Ember!), and the surrounding gardens were pretty.

The facility is very tidy and clean, and we were treated very cordially . It is a very beautiful place with an interesting history. Super recommended for people who want to know a little about the area , and especially for those parents who, like me, have their kids at Suny Geneseo the place is located just minutes from the campus. .

Nice remodeled old historic building. Folks running the place were nice. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great, from the coffee to the crumb cake to the Amish breakfast casserole! The hosts were great and met us "as we were".... Very comfortable. We also loved the fire pit though we didn't have time to put it to use. Next time.
The toilet paper. One-ply....

The entire stay was special. The two owners are kind and full of interesting stories. The house felt like a personal museum and was clean and full of history. I will be staying again.
I have no complaints.

Staying at the Oak Valley Inn was an added treat to visiting the Geneseo campus. Margie and Jay were absolutely pleasant and accommodating. Definitely will be visiting again.

The breakfast each morning was delicious and well thought out!

We loved the house, our room, the breakfast and all the other amenities. Being located next to a restaurant/bar was definitely a plus.
The only thing we thought could be better is the shower. While it was clean and had amazing water pressure, it was small. The bathroom is large enough to have a larger shower/tub.

Interesting dishes served. Not the usual hotel breakfast.
Can't think of anything.
