Room was large and comfy. Hotel was a nice historic building. Only chose this hotel as a staging post on way back to NY from New Hampshire and it worked perfectly for that.
Nothing.
5.0
Everything. Clean, comfortable and the staff was exceptional.
No food available at the bar after 9 pm Friday night.
3.0
I was there for bar exam. The location was excellent, esp if you were in capital center.
they did not offer complimentary bottle water. they also didn’t allow me to extend check-out time for a nap (which is super necessary) and the reason was they were fully booked :)

the location was pretty great. the inside of the hotel was nice enough.
the front desk staff was horrendous. they looked inconvenienced anytime we asked a question. one staff member was noticeably biased against people of color. if I, a white man, asked a question, she gave a neutral facial expression. If my wife, a Latina asked a question, scowl and eye rolls.
also the shuttle driver asked you for a tip and had no digital means of collecting them. he even loudly laughed about being cash only awkwardly in the lobby to other staff.

Hotel had above average room size
Room wasn't cleaned well. We found a spider web beneath the bed.

Everything..
Was not mentioned about the service tax or extra tax on breakfast while booking the rooms. All three days had to pay extra $ 20 ..

Location.
Price. Super expensive for what it is. Rooms are ok

The bartenders are nice, and the rooms are okay.
This is probably the most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel is fine, but if you’re used to warm (or at least cordial) hospitality, look elsewhere. The staff (particularly the front desk women) makes you feel like they don’t want to be there. They begrudgingly respond to questions/requests, and act like they’re doing you a favor, instead of providing a service. No bottled water in the room, it was barely tidied during the stay, and they forgot to leave fresh towels when they cleaned.

Great location as there for show at the Egg. Very conveniently located.
Felt the parking garage could have been safer. Felt like anyone off the street could have been lying in wait there. Also, when advising the waitstaff we were in earnest trying to make a show things could have been a bit more efficient.
4.0
Kind staff, walking distance to The Egg
The lobby was filled with an overwhelming perfume-like smell
5.0
location is great. easy parking and entry. staff is always very accommodating and professional. restaurant right at lobby.
nothing really
4.0
location, food, parking garage
I have stayed here a few times before and the cleanliness of the room was not great this time. the light bulbs were dim - a few out. someone’s contacts from previous stay were there. the sink had residue of food from what I guess was someone brushing their teeth. The shower had hair all in it. between the doors was filled with dirt in the crevice.
4.0
Well equipped rooms. Close to “The Egg”theater and. Convenient parking.
Breakfast not included and overpriced.
5.0
Everything. Clean, beautiful. Friendly staff.
I liked every aspect of the stay.
4.0
big rooms and nice breakfast (though fancier than we needed). tv was awesome and beds very comfortable.
no liners for garbage cans (tough for when you have a diaper or anything wet to toss). sofa bed was on a backward incline so my daughter couldn’t sleep on it. hard to see in bathroom at night without nightlights. wall was stained as was couch. didn’t feel very clean.
4.5
The room was super clean.
Toilet seat was kind of broken
