Great getaway

Location to the beach was great. Rooms up to date and clean. Elizabeth was very very responsive and pro idea great customer service.

Superb

The rooms are modern and clean. Full kitchen with modern appliances. AC is powerful enough for Florida's summer heat. Access to free bicycles and to the ocean club nearby.

There was a problem with the door's electrical lock. I had to reach out to the administrator late at night to get back into the room. The issue was resolved in 30 minutes.

If you are looking for a calm and peaceful spot near to the crowded Miami then it is a good option

Peaceful and well equipped apartement, in a nice and well maintained neighbourhood. We could take a bike which was a huge plus! The shopping and restaurant facilities are in a few minutes walking distance from the accomodation. The area is very safe, and the building has enough parking spaces. We really loved the area, and rather spent a full day in Key Biscayne than going to Miami.

The elevator is exactly in front of the window and sometimes the corridor was a bit noisy, but it is a small issue, and cannot be changed due to the position of the apartment, so apart from that everything was perfect. I would totally book it again.

lack of upkeep in the rooms. Bathroom toilet needs to be replaced and shower grout was black with mold.

Really nice and comfy apartment! Everything that is needed is available. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed the stay. And a big plus for a free bike rental on site.

would totally recommend for folks looking to enjoy the beach without the hustle and bustle of Miami proper

convenient location, adequate furnishings and nice to have kitchen. cute little pool. quiet neighbors- not a party house. insulated from neighbor sound pretty well because of layout. free parking. great access to beach club. friendly staff.

furnishings were adequate, but small, hard, and not comfortable. bring over the door hooks to hang towels and swimsuits.

Loved the place so much , it was so calm and relaxing!

Loved the place soo much so calm and relaxing! Location in quite and safe area, everything was easy to find. Free parking on premises, free access to 2 beach clubs, that gives you chairs& umbrellas as well as the beach towels- super service and the beach is not overcrowded. When You are tired of ocean or just one to sit outside and chill next to the pool in beach house its possible& relaxing. the kitchenette is equipped with basic needs to be able to cook breakfast for yourself and some quick meals, just maybe grab some olive oil in nearby store :) we also were happy to use the free bicycles at the beach house to drive around the island, it was really nice! also a tip for runners, you can run both directions of island and get some running in shade and nice greenery, recommend!

Everything was perfect. The beach access and pool were the icing on the cake for the perfect relaxation getaway.

great ambiance with clean comfort and a wonderful poolside retreat. minor issues; easy to fix.

convenient location, walkable to stores and restaurants, with bikes also available. great to have on-site coin-op laundry. LOVED the pool; wished it were open a little bit later in the evening.

the A/C was finnicky; really everything was a little finnicky. The A/C didn't really work to temperature; you had to turn it down until it came on and then up until it went off. that left the place either in the 50s or the high 70s and muggy, with no in-between. The cable connecting TV and cable box was loose but the TV was hung on wall. so I had to jiggle the wires for a couple of minutes every time we turned it on to get signal. There were no bars in the bathroom on which to hang towels or toilet paper.

The alarm did not let me sleep the first two nights. There was nobody to call at the desk. Finally I found a maintenance person who was very nice and fixed it. The lady at the desk was very rude when I told her I could not sleep for two nights.

Great weekend

A last-minute booking for a relaxing weekend at Key Biscayne, which turned out to be perfect. Very quick and easy to book. Great communication from Elizabeth throughout, which made gaining access and leaving easy. Perfect location near the beach and the shops. Great beach access at the end of the road and two beach clubs to chose from. And a great little apartment, equipped with everything you could need …. Thank you!

A mediocre accomodation for a high price based only on its location. At that price level the owners should invest in hi

Good location for the purpose of our trip, very nice pool, quiet spot.

The bathroom caulking was stained/moldy and needed redoing, the floors were needed cleaning - walking on them made our bare feet dirty. The furnishings were on the cheap side, and generally uncomfortable (including the beds). The lighting was a bit harsh in places and inadequate in others. No dishwasher.
