Breakfasts are better than good. View is fantastic. Room is a suite.

Die Lage war toll, mitten in der Natur mit schönem Blick und besonderen Naturgeräuschen. Der Porch war sehr schön.
Leider war die kleine Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, nur Pappteller.

Rocky is the perfect host and perfect breakfast Cook ever! The room is huge and Withings everything you need.

The room, the place, the breakfast, the welcome… everything was AMAZING!!!! Stunning view from room (which are huge!) and Ricky is very gentle and gives you a lot of tips to hang around Kona and Big Island! Very recommended, you will not regret!

It’s literally an accommodation next to a ranch. You see the ocean and mountain from your private balcony and see a farm from the common balcony at the dining area.
It’s more about my bad driving skill. The road is narrow and I had to get the host , Ricki to accompany me driving up from the bottom of the valley. He is super nice and very accommodating!
4.8
Host was so very helpful and friendly. Bed was the best! Breakfast was superb. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the farm activities with the ocean in view.
Easy access to town & restaurants.
Adding a few plates and silver to kitchen would be great.

Great homemade breakfast!

The breakfast was amazing, hospitality was great, and the location was perfect. Ricky is a great chef and was very informative about the island.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. Was a gem of a find.

The best part is the owner's family. I thought this was American Hospitality?. It was casual, but very helpful and very comfortable... yes. This place only accepts two teams per day, so you feel treated. If you are staying here, turn off all the lights in your room at night and sit on the terrace. The birdsong would be really nice.
And the host, he is a real professional chef. so they prepare a different breakfast for you everyday and they are so~ good. You should try it, If you are a foreigner like me, you must try it. because his foods changed my prejudice on the American food that I had before.
There are coffee farms nearby, so it's very quiet and peaceful. But still the property's location is less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Kona or the beaches.
If I ever have the luck to go to the Big Island again, I will definitely stay here longer.
Nothing. The only thing is that I had to leave there.

The suite was clean and spacious with jacuzzi jetted tub. The large lanai had a view of the farm and the ocean in the distance. Breakfast was fresh fruit and omelets made from fresh eggs, all produced right there on the farm.

Beautiful views and room was beautiful!
I found a little tricky to find at first but only 20 min or less drove to Downtown Kona and worth it

Spacious and comfortable accommodation. everything we needed. Great views from the room. Lovely hosts, friendly, interesting and informative. Fabulous breakfasts. Hope to return one day!

Great little B&B. :) Room is clean and comfortable, has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony and it was nice to wake up and saw part of the ocean. The proprietor Ricky is super considerate and accommodating. And the add-on breakfast was very tasty and fresh from his garden (papayas were so good!)
Nothing we didn’t like. Only thing is for people who are very afraid of geicos, it might be a little startling since there are some around the house. (But they are small, and we didn’t really see them in the room, so we didn’t mind)
4.8
The location is convenient and most importantly the hosts were great (and breakfast too).

Amazing stay! I highly recommend anyone staying in Kona wanting an incredible experience to stay here. Ricky and his wife are both extremely friendly, kind and hospitable people (as well as both being great cooks). The destination (10 min drive from town up into the hills) provides the most beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The room was immaculately clean and much bigger than I had originally thought going by the photos. We utilised the breakfast option and were treated to a variety of delightful breakfasts along with the best coffee I had drunk in Kona that they make with their own beans. The view whilst eating there is as good as it can get as well. Could not have enjoyed our stay more here and if we go back to Kona we will certainly be staying at Hale Hualalai with Ricky. Thank you both so much for making our stay with you perfect.

Breakfast was wonderful and our hosts so friendly with great recommendations for us. Loved the sunset views, the quiet location, and big suite.
Drive way pull out was a bit scary on a blind curve. We weren’t prepared for the narrow, hilly lanes in our large rental.

Super nice host, interesting tour around the farm and delicious breakfast. I would recommend it to everyone

The property was wonderful. Huge room with balcony, gorgeous gardens and wonderful host.
Expensive, but everything in Hawaii was expensive

I've never rated 10 a B&B nor an hotel, but this time everything was perfectly amazing: location with outstanding view, a very cozy big room, the homemade breakfast with products taken directly from the farm, even the noise of the nocturnal animals (it induces sleep!). Ricky and Irine are very kind and nice hosts, and provide you lots of info about the island. Definitely a 10 to me!

Awesome place to stay! Excellent home made breakfast, beautiful rooms and a balcony to relax enjoying the view! Totally worth it!Hope to visit again!

The location is great - it’s about 15-20 minutes from the coast, up the mountain in a tropical forest. The room has an amazing view, all the way to the ocean, and has a private and spacious lanai. You’re surrounded by nature. I can’t say it was quiet because you will hear frogs (tiny little things with enormous voices) at night and goats and birds during the day, but it was the best kind of noise (other than the ocean). The room was nicely furnished and spacious and very comfortable. It was even better than depicted in the online photos. And the owners were very friendly and available to provide advice on hikes and sightseeing. It was a great deal and we’ll definitely stay there again on our next trip.
We liked everything. We were disappointed not to be able to enjoy the breakfast since we had early morning plans, but it sounded delicious.

The breakfast was incredible and was a highlight of our entire trip. Ricky is an incredible chef! Location was great! The B&B is just a few miles north of Kona and was very secluded and quiet.
4.8
Location, excellent breakfast by the chef owner, very personable and helpful, accommodated need of solo traveler, friendly! Room is very large; larger than it appears in the photos. The balcony overlooking the farm and the ocean was wonderful as well, and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony before starting the day and in the evening after a long day out exploring.
I wish there was a coffee machine of some sort in the room, as I was up early to get my day started, as it would have been nice to have when I woke up. However, that was a minor thing and did not take away from the stay. Also, their coffee at breakfast was wonderful and strong.

Hosts were great. Room was spacious and private. The breKFAST WAS WONDERFUL.

This is an amazing B&B! The room was perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, relaxing location, great views and delicious breakfast! The hosts are very accommodating and make you feel right at home during your stay!

What a treasure! The family farm/B&B was an outstanding experience. The setting was serene, the room was beautiful, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast! Views! Peaceful!
Nothing. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was set looking over a farm and the ocean. it was spacious and tastefully decorated. the owners served a marvelous breakfast with fruit and coffee from their farm and gave us great information about beaches and things in the area.
