Great having a kitchen, and curtain to divide the bed ~ was perfect for our family of three. Good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The dishes were in the dishwasher (clean) so we had to unload ourselves.

I’ve liked Home2Suites across the country. This one felt more beat up and the breakfast amenities were less impressive.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good coffee.

The room was banged up. The shower pressure was inconsistent and our room 409 had cracks in the shower walls. The TV channel options were limited.

In town to visit first granddaughter very comfortable,clean and like a home away from home.

Breakfast was good egg sandwich’s scrambled egg dishes cereal biscuits and gravy and more all good All the staff was friendly and very helpful the bbqs were great and always available

Good place for a couple days.

Staff was knowledgeable and efficient.very courteous.

Found left over clothing from previous Tennant. Room was recently cleaned as dishes in dishwasher were still warm, maybe housekeeping was a little rushed? Front desk staff were notified and situation resolved.

The floor in the kitchen had coffee stains on it, the floor was never cleaned, also the microwave was smeared with something it looked like it was never wiped down. I will never stay at one of your hotels ever again.

Giving up our ambassador status with another brand and staying with Home2 for all our travels.

This was our first time staying with Home2, we are usually loyal to another brand and actually pretty high in their member rewards chain, but have been unhappy with the rooms we've gotten lately. So we gave this place a try and we left so impressed. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were great, firm but squishy. I do wish there were 4 pillows instead of 3, but I digress. This is a pet friendly hotel and have treats out in the lobby. The staff was so upbeat and friendly. The breakfast though takes the cake! Since covid hotel breakfasts have suffered greatly, but not here! We had a hearty great tasting breakfast that was included with our room stay! I think we will start staying at this hotel brand and say adios to the one we've been loyal to for 10 years.

The only complaint I had was the pillows, I wish there were 4 on the bed instead of three, I know there were others. But my kids, who slept on the pull out sofa used those.

Very good

I didn't expect to have an entire kitchen in the room. It was very clean and modern. Great shower and water pressure.

There were drunk men outside eating and drinking alcohol. The one worker came outside to smoke and obviously knew them. He didn't seem to care how loud they were being. I didn't get a great vibe from them.

Location

Not clean. The one stayed before did not wash the dishes. The staff did not check it I guess. and the dish washer doesn't work. Eventhough I let them know these, I could not hear Sorry.

Location was perfect close to everything.

There for 4 days and never had anyone come and change out towels. They said if you stay multiple days they don't clean your room. But I guess I thought we would at least get clean towels. I went to the front desk and they assisted me with getting new ones. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no kleenex. Went to Walmart and bought more. Definitely not the exsperiance I wanted. But being there for family was the only reason it was a good stay.

Close to new hotel, good location in Gillette just off of I-90, comfortable and pet friendly

Good location just off of I-90 on the east side of Gillette. Pet friendly hotel ($35 one time pet fee). The hotel is almost new so it is clean and updated, with a contemporary design style. My room was quiet and comfortable. There were sidewalks and grassy areas surrounding the hotel which were good for walking my dog.

Other hotels are more competitive in terms of pet fees.

Very pleasant stay - met all expectations.

We got a double size room, and it was great. Also, breakfast was great as well. Liked the location - on top of a hill with nice views.

The blinds were electronically controlled and I could not figure out how to work them. A minor point, to be sure.

Nice and clean

This hotel was a great. Long stay style hotel with kitchenettes. They ran the dishes before we got there so that was convenient. Bed was a little stiff but overall a great hotel
