Comfy bed

Bunch of little kids in the hot tub, That I didn't get to enjoy it. Hot tubs , should only be for adults. They must not had the water at hot level r they won't have their kids in there. While, the pool is all empty. Lol

Excellent accommodations

our room was huge and very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very big and very clean. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful.

This was the only place we stayed on our trip that didn’t have free breakfast.

we were only there one night and couldn’t get to sleep due to the constant noise. probably won’t choose this hotel again

clean with nice facilities and ok location

we were placed on the first floor which has access to the pool, gym and maintenance closet. the floors are tile and we could hear everything that went on outside our door like it was amplified.

It’s more like a $29.99 hotel not a $209 hotel.

Likes the proximity to the park although crossing the street was a bit dangerous. When the staff were around they were generally friendly. I did share my hair experience but no real response other than sorry.

The elevators were broken. A couch in the lobby was broken (it literally had a sign on it). There was hair of every shape in size in my tub, on the toilet, on the counter top and in the bed. Disgusting. No breakfast either.

Nice, new hotel. It was clean and staff was friendly. Location was easy to get to and close to our activities. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Expected a complimentary breakfast at Holiday Inn. Was very disappointed it was a pricey restaurant. Parking was hard to find late at night.

The room was not cleaned to the standard you find at other properties . Crumbs left behind from previous guests, hair dryer was broken, tissue box left empty. 3 towels in a room for 4 guests, and when asked, the front desk replied the hotel was booked for the night as if that explained the poor quality.

Great location and great staff!

I loved how clean the hotel and rooms were. How friendly all the staff was and the pool was heated to a perfect temperature!

The beds could have been a little better. Also it was a little pricey.

We have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels all over the country. We have always been given a complimentary breakfast until our stay in St. George.

Bathroom wasn’t clean - they need to do better.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, had to ask a new room and the front desk clerk came to our room to check it out, breaking our privacy. The new room they gave us was better. Lack of management on weekends.

Will stay somewhere with a free breakfast and pack and play

The location was good and I loved the fridge and microwave in the room.

I was told a pack and play would be provided for me for my one year old so I didn't bring one. Then after it was too late and night time arrived they told me they didn't have one available. So for two nights I got no sleep. Also not offering some kind of breakfast is very inconvenient. The 13$ breakfast that was less then a normal free breakfast anywhere else was really off putting. Also we were told the pool was heated which is def was not so my kids wouldn't even swim. Paid $600 dollars for two nights, no breakfast, barely slept and my kids complained they couldn't swim.

Beware of raw sewer smell!

Check-in was quick and easy. The facility is nice and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We found a broken hangar in the closet. We woke up the 2nd day to an overwhelming odor of backed up sewer. We had not used the bathroom at this point so we flushed the still clean toilet and the odor remained. We were on the 5th floor and it was either coming from the shower drain or the vent fan. We notified the front desk and the lady laughed it off like it was no big deal.
