Lo bueno la ubicación con playa privada y muelle.
La habitación mínima. No entraba ni la.valija entre cama y pared. Una caja de zapato con aire acondicionado que aturdia.una falta de respeto la.habitacion por más pequeña o económica qur sea. No pudimos.dormir.

We loved the view and the cottages themselves. Beautiful
The volume on the tv. I couldn't hear it as well. And the fact you had to pay for ice. Besides that maybe some more renovations of the furniture would make it a better stay

Our room over looked the ocean and it was an ideal location for rest and relaxation. The noise level is very moderate to low for us being so close to the road which was a plus. Enjoyed the use of the decks and liked being able to rent kayaks and bikes.
Ice machine which you did not have to pay for would have been a plus. A kitchen table would have helped in the kitchen area with the refrigerator. We brought sandwich meats, etc. and had no place to set these items.

The location was exceptional! The staff was very friendly and they offered kayaks for use by the guests. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t use them, but the beach was gorgeous!
The property was wonderful.

Fabulous location in Key Largo, easy stroll t9 a lovely beach and jetty area.
Some kitchen equipment so that one could cater for oneself.

The place was clean and relaxing. very quiet.
Room was very tiny, my shed was bigger than the room we got. A full bed ( we knew ) in a 77 square feet room, then a bath room 44 square feet. It was ridiculously small, they told us "the room is our economy class room" I told them that in 35 years traveling in the US and Latin America this was the smallest room that I have seen. Not even in Europe I have seen rooms this small.

Location, grounds, and water front
My cottage was too close to the busy street and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. There were only blinds on the windows, no curtains, so light was shining in from the lights outside. No hair dryer provided.

Территория и номер были чистые, пляж чистый, зона барбекю на берегу. Все понравилось. За эти деньги/ отлично.
Не хватало чайника (я люблю чай) и кондиционер очень шумный.

They offer a lot of amenities, a breakfast and lunch place right next door, a dinner and drinks place, several docks, kayaks, and more.
Literally, the only thing I could think of was that they didn’t let me know ahead of time that the ice machine only takes quarters. Other than that we enjoyed everything.

I visit this hotel once a year, I love the quiet private beach. The single room is perfect, cosy, with everything you need.
No breakfast.

It was a good location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed docks with chairs and free kayaks.
No real complaints. Would have liked additional lighting in room. The lamp in room wasn't very bright or positioned very well.

Quaint and very clean. Our unit was quite updated with everything in nearly new condition. Location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Liked the little cottages and the grounds were very well maintained. Was much better than I expected and a great value!
No jacuzzi or pool (which I knew they didn’t have them but I always enjoy them)!

Beautiful trees and bushes all around, piers to watch the sunrises and sunsets, a small beach to dip into, kayaks to explore on, a guest laundry, parking near our room and restaurants within walking distance made this resort of rustic cottages a bit of paradise for us.

It took over 45 minutes for the girl on the front counter to return, I called 14 times! Apparently had something more important than her job
Personal, like of information, very poor communication

The place and surroundings were really nice. Great sitting arrangement beachside.
Too small room for this big price paid. The room literally didn't have space to even walk and put your things. Moreover, the place says barbeque facilities, but there are no facilities available, just 3 or 4 grills, which were so dirty that u would not wanna touch them.

The free kayak with my room!
The noise from the Overseas Highway, my room was very close to it.

An oasis in a sea of pretentiousness. Quiet, unassuming and just the escape my husband and I needed.

Nothing
Terrible, the smell of cat urine was overwhelming as soon as you pulled onto the property. The property was so nasty on the outside I didn’t even go in to look at any of the rooms. Had a horrible asthma and allergic attack because of the grounds , requested a refund prior to 10am the day of check in because of my physical reaction once I arrived. They would not refund me and told me they didn’t allow cats on the property and “the keys had a feline problem “ little did they know I live in the area, and knew they were lying

This has become our new go to.relaxation in paradise. Everyone was friendly and laid back. The docks were a great added bonus place to hang out.
They didn't have openings for us to stay longer 😔 I wouldn't say that's a bad thing though.

It was a cute, vintage hotel. Conveniently positioned between the main road and the bay with a small man made beach, jettys, kayaks and a boat ramp. Plenty of outdoor seating and parking. Nice views. Iryna at the front desk was lovely and very helpful.
For the cost, the room was very small and could use a refresh to make better use of the space. The air-conditioning was way too loud to be able to sleep with it on which left the room hot with no ventilation. The kayaks were old and need new seats

location
everything else. room is overpriced for the size and condition. felt like I spent the night in solitary confinement jail with a toilet. for $350 a night, it was a robbery.
