Front desk was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable
Parking garage is at end of the hotel and it’s quite a walk to the front entrance which is the only entrance from the garage. There is a daily charge for parking that is not mentioned anywhere that I could find. The front desk staff was kind enough to accommodate me and give me a pass to park closer, but I think this is something that should be made known before booking. Daily construction right in front of hotel.

Vehicle parking is in a covered garage next to the hotel, convienient for a more secure feature. Restaurant facilities are on site dinner was great and breakfast was filling. All of the staff was professional and clean. Rooms are comfortable quiet and very clean. Easy check -in for sure.
Cost is definnetly a factor if you are looking for a budget stay this hotel will not fit the bill. Extra charges for parking and food is also charged to the bill no freebies here... The view is not the greatest in the Rocky Mountains.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Property was very clean and maintained. Laundry on location and exercise room excellent. The hotel shuttle was very helpful for me as transport to/from hospital.
Shower was just warm in my room. Parking garage was added expense. No microwave in room.

Nice people
We got charged for the parking hotel. Then had to pay to get out since they took our hotel keys. I feel I should get the $12 refund

Facility was very clean and organized. Completely EV charging station was available upon paid parking. Everything was well accommodated, I didn’t even have to ask hotel staff anything.
Very very pleasant stay. Also many restaurants options available around a hotel.
I can not think of it.

Clean spacious comfortable
You need a nicer pool area. It was very much in the Motel 6 category.

The manager is wonderful and helpful. I see him pitching in in the restaurant, coffee bar, front desk and talking with the customers. The shuttle bus driver Thurmon is EXCELLENT. He remembered me from a previous work visit and was kind, thoughtful and helpful. He is the one that makes me go back to this hotel!
Had lunch- it was awful. The watermelon salad SOUNDED great and refreshing, but the seared watermelon was lukewarm and slimy- it was terrible. The ancho steak sandwich was also awful. I also didn't like some of the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff on the weekend- they had a big box of food and were chowing down at the front desk and even talking to me with a full mouth! The hallway on my floor ranged from 81-84 degrees (there was a locked thermostat. The carpet in my room was coming apart at the edge next to the tile of the entryway. It could have easily been trimmed to hide the wear. It was an unpleasant way to enter the room, particularly since the room rate was over $300/day. Oh, one more thing- the outdoor pool, while well maintained, didn't have any chairs to sit at the tables and the patio umbrellas had been taken away (the bases were still there). I'm sure it's because of the wind, the they could keep them in the corner of the area so guests could use them. We had fun on the chaise lounges and swimming, but had to go inside when there was no shade and when we wanted to sit instead of lounge.

spacious room and bathroom. great to have access to a rooftop pool and gym. staff were very friendly and helpful!
location isn’t amazing- lots of construction. work going on around and not close to amenities from what I saw. we were only there 1 day so it didn’t matter to us tho!

I was there for appointments at UC Health. Location was perfect. I was able to walk to the hospital.
Access off of I 70 is easy, so I will be back for sure.

Clean rooms and very nice staff. A+ there.
The food in the place is terrible. There is only microwaves and ice on level 2, 4, and 6. So, that is a pain. The hamburgers they serve for lunch are school lunch quality and they cost 13$.

Looked nice until I was kicked out on the streets for no reason. Go to the Holiday Inn a mile down Colfax, you'll be much happier.
Staff listening to other people's opinions and not canceling my reservation so I could book a new one, ended up in a better place with less problems anyway and all the same facilities.

Excellent attention, congratulations. very kind
