Breakfast was okay Could had more HOT Items added to Menu the Problem wit the Rooms was that the Water Pressure in the Bathrooms was Poor Very very Low Especially the Face bowl area wen I turned on the Water to Wash my Hands & are brush my teeth the WATER was Less than pencil thin 2nd I Payed for too Rooms wit too two beds I was Charged Charged for Three nights September 8-10th,2023 and I was also Charged Twice $30 dollar Deposit for each Room Differently Reservation were Made in advances One in My Name Cynthia Green/Email [email protected] R [email protected] & Reservation #1186801255/r Resv.#3324508243 made Aug 19,2023 reservation #3324508243 & another reservation made in My daughter's name Stephanie Green Email [email protected] Reservation #1029911765 Aug.20,2023 I haven't Not Received all of my funds $30 deposit back on One of My Cards Used to Payed for Room which was plus$335.98+deposit each Room IT has been Over a WEEK SINCE I've Checked Out and the Deposit has Not been Posted I have Checked My Account's for each Debit Card I Used I Am Very Disappointed in this Place of Business/Hotel this was not my 1St Time booking a Stay there Along Wit 10-12 Other Family members Was also Booked Stayed there This Was Not a good feeling and I also Talked to Several Employees about this Matter on 9/17/23 Miss Kimberly Two R Three Times she said She would tell the Manager/ Supervisor & give her(Rehka)My information to Look into Today I called again & Spoke to Rachel I explained the Problem she said She would Look into it I feel Like I'M getting the Run around And have been Scammed out of Deposit Money I have Family that I Visited there in Spring,Tx the next Time I am there I Want be Staying in Any Estimate that's Connected to Best Western Anywhere USA R Other Wise. Me and My Family Drove 348 Miles there

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good

The water in the bathroom faucet was very low and my guest and I had to ask for towels and garbage bags etc.
