They had a small exercise room

No breakfast on the weekend. Could have stayed cheaper and received a free breakfast.

I loved the size of the suite and the amenities were great. Restaurant food and drinks were good.

It is an older facility but is usually very clean and as comfortable as it can be. The employees are amazing - location is perfect - i love staying at Sophie's

Ditch the front desk clerk and give a raise to the hotel driver for being courteous and helpful.

loved having a suite with a living room and kitchen.

Not sure if this place is family owned, but the young girl that managed the shuttle and front desk when we arrived had an “I could care less about you attitude”. She didn’t greet us nor even bother to get off her stool she was sitting on to check us in.

I rested, relaxed and enjoyed my work trip staying at Sophie Station Hotel for one night.

I love the location being so close to West Fred Meyers and SafeWay. the restaurant is excellent I and enjoyed my dinner there.

Quite comfortable with amenities for many days. We’d return.

kitchen, close to grocery stores, easy access to public busses

All employees at the front desk were helpful except one whose attitude was stand offish projecting an aura we were bothering her rather than presenting a helpful demeanor. The restaurant was expensive so having a kitchenette was budget saving.

This was a lifetime trip to see the northern lights, and for the first time in decades, I was travelling alone. Sophie Station was a great choice. The suite was terrific, the staff lovely and helpful, and most important, I felt safe and secure. I highly recommend!

Excellent Option in Fairbanks

Free shuttle to the airport and train station. Excellent size room and comfortable beds. Everyone was very friendly. Loved having a full kitchen and livingroom.

waitresses at both restaurants were great and friendly especially Christine.

some front desk personnel need training in customer service. They were not too informative and seemed indifferent. we learned everything about the hotel and environ from Christine at Zach’s.

A good place to stay if you need more living space.

Spacious one bedroom and separate living space. Kitchen with microwave, fridge and stove. On-site restaurant with good food. Close to airport and grocery stores.

The bed is very soft, not comfortable for sleeping. And the cover is just a thin blanket. I wish some real comforter would be used for winter.

Great size room and excellent food.

We loved our room and the restaurant service and food. The woman at the front desk checking us in didnt seem to want to be bothered with our questions upon our arrival about public transit and local attractions. A fellow employee asked "permission" to go find us a brochure but when we met up with him at the brochures he had the one in his hand for the destination we asked about but he kept it and walked away and pointed us towards the rack of brochures. We though that a bit bizarre but we were able to get the information we needed and we had a pleasant stay. We would stay here again but the front desk was not very welcoming or helpful.

Super fantastic place to stay. Very clean, safe, and plenty of parking.

Our room was incredibly large. We did not expect a kitchen or 2 TV's. We wish we could have stayed longer. Security was excellent. Friendly staff.

The road construction that took place down the road. Our GPS did not have an alternate route and we kept getting lost. lol
