I like how they support local businesses!
I wanted a nicer hotel. The room was so boring and simple. I felt like it was just a spot for the night and not comfy like I would want to stay here again.
4.2
The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were clean. I liked the breakfast!
Parking was challenging

Excellent location. Friendly staff .
Breakfast could have been better; would have liked more choices and a cappucino.
4.2
The room was super spacious and very clean!
Breakfast is NOT included with your reservation. Be wary of this when making your reservation through Booking.Com. I was able to get vouchers to the hotel next door for breakfast given that the property did not update Booking.Com with the correct information. One downside to our room was that because the hotel is adjacent to a major road, the ensuing noise was clearly heard at night.

Spacious rooms with a great location in downtown Yakima. Wonderful and attentive staff. Really cool historic building!
Breakfast is "European" — so some bread, yogurt, museli, hard boiled eggs, salami, etc. There's not a lot of choice if you don't eat dairy and there are no non-dairy alternatives for your coffee, oatmeal, or museli.
The room is spacious, but with very tall ceilings and only one relatively small window — a feature of the historic building — the room feels spartan and quite dark during the day. It was not the most comfortable to do work in. On the flip side, with only roller shades for the windows (no blackout curtains), it's quite bright in the morning.

The room was spacious.
They advertise a restaurant in the hotel with room service. There was not a restaurant and the room service was Monday thru Friday 5pm to 8:30 pm from a different location. There was only one luggage cart so we had to wait our turn. The rooms echo.

I love the photography art work and the continental vibe.
it’s spendy and there are several taxes and fees associated with each night’s stay separately.
4.2
The location is centrally located in the city with plenty of restaurants around which was convenient. The room was quiet large. We were given a complimentary glass of wine.
There was an odd burning smell coming from the hallway upstairs. The desk attendant said it may have to do w/some construction going on in one of the upper levels. The area seemed a little unsafe; would not of wanted to walk outside at night alone.

I heard the breakfast was pathetic… staff told us there are eggs and omelettes and breakfast meats. Not true - cold cuts, and pre-cooked eggs.
Lobby was very nice but the hallways and rooms were very basic for the price.

Breakfast was a quiet affair. Nicely done. A generous continental breakfast. A good start to the day.

great location, well appointed, tasteful decor, clean and very comfortable. Was a return stay.

The breakfast was wonderful: lots of variety and good quality.
There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was excellent.

Property is a beautifully renovated building. Room was spotless. Staff was wonderful

Location
Dark and the one window was small. Felt like a jail cell more than a hotel room

The room was everything I expected based on the website photos. The location is good and parking was easy. The Maison Temple was under construction, so we couldn't go see it. That part was kind of sad, I had hoped to see it.
There is a decent amount of street noise from cars going by. It didn't bother me much but I can imagine it might bother some people. I don't think much can be done about that though.
4.2
Your staff were friendly and wanting to please and interact with the guests.
We were not told that we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. We stayed 2 nights and did not get maid service because we didn’t know we had to ask for it! We had to go get clean towels because of no maid service for the price we should not have to ask it should be automatically offered.

It was a pity that breakfast was served as room service. The coffee was pretty bad especially as it was served without milk.
4.2
I like breakfast, the employee's were very professional.
Could not get the room to a comfortable temperature. I sleep very hot and need the room to be at least 65° 61 for optimal sleeping conditions. So not have individual room control was a bummer.

Loved the room delivery breakfast. It's the only hotel we've stayed in the US that has this service.
We wanted to stay another night but sadly the hotel was booked out.

Room service did not visit our room to restock water or towels and robes
breakfast was a huge disappointment

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly
The noise on Yakima Avenue was loud all through the night. Getting into the hotel through the underground garage was unusual and I had to call to figure out how to get in.

Hope more varieties of breakfast
Wife not stable

The location is perfect if you want to explore the downtown center. The bed was very comfortable. The furnishings and carpet showed almost no wear and tear.
Sad, but the hotel is in an old building with small windows. We moved rooms three times in one day. First, we booked the best room in the hotel. The king suite. 600 sf. It is approx. 40' long and 15' wide and with one tiny window. Very dark room. We moved to a king corner room. AC wasn't working and the room was 80 degrees. Next, we moved one floor up. Single pain glass on the windows that are filthy and the noise from the street was bad all night. Also, the dust in the room was very bad. The sun light lit up the dust. Apparently, no filtration. The hotel is being acquired by Hilton and it felt as if they were pinching pennies.

My wife left a pair of shoes behind and we called and they shipped them to us.
The breakfast didn’t appeal to us at all. We would have stayed elsewhere if we had known that the city had scheduled a car show up and down the street in front of the hotel. It interfered with access to the hotel and the noise affected even our watching TV.
4.2
Beautiful hotel, extremely large rooms, quiet, comfortable
