El personal no fue muy amable. Nunca nos dieron el Welcome kit de aguas y cuando fuimos a solicitarlo tampoco accedieron. Nunca nos avisaron el horario del desayuno

Family stay

The location was great and the staff was helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. Dishware in the room and in the breakfast area was a refreshing touch. Pool towels were actual towels and not thin white rags that you usually find at hotels.

The towels were not stocked regularly and the pool was empty most of the day. Some of the breakfast items (omelets and potato bowels were empty or cold at 6:15a). The bathroom door in 323 was difficult to latch. The bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Decent choice if you like dogs.

Newer place, good beds, suites are nice.

It’s a pet hotel so it’s full of dogs … Barking. They clean it fine, but still. Our room had good innit from prior guests and the breakfast was the industrial made food replicas.

Very good. I would return again

I liked the design, the openness and the friendly staff.

The breakfast didn't have a lot of healthy options that didn't have cheese. I would eat and egg/meat breakfast sandwich but they all had cheese and I'm dairy free. The rest was mostly carbs with little to no protein rich options. Difficult when I'm on a special diet for medical reasons.

The service is consistent and you know what you are going to get. No bad surprises.

The location is very practical like in our case we were heading towards the western part of Colorado, so it is easy to get on the road from here. The area is very nice, clean and with stores and restaurants across the street. We were able to compare with the same hotel in Grand Junction and there you had also a conditioner, liquid hand soap and lotion available in the hotel. But those are just details to compare. I guess it is that Grand Junction is slightly newer and they just have a different set up in the bathroom. This hotel chain is very nice and pleasant to stay in. We already stayed in few of them in few other states and it always turned out nice. We like that you can borrow a cook top and even cook if you want to. So we keep coming back.

This last day I did not like that the breakfast was no really well prepared. The refrigerator was almost empty - no milk, very few yogurts left and there was no coffee available at all. We had to ask for it and then it was finally brought in 15 min later and it was very weak. It was 8.15 am. So, that was the only thing. They started to stack up the breakfast bar 10 min before 9 am, but that was pretty late already. That was the only comment.

Denver stay, I can hear the TV and the people talking in the other rooms the walls are maybe too thin..

Good place to stay for longer stays. Convenient location

Staff was wonderful, they made us feel at home and they were so helpful.

The location was great, close to lots of gas stations and restaurants. Parking lot felt very safe and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

I didn’t like that the only staircase lead to outside rather than the lobby so if we wanted to use the stairs we had to go back inside to access the lobby. The shower was a little dirty but I think it was just because it was old.

This was the perfect location with a comfortable stay!

Breakfast was fantastic and access to laundry was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be staying here again!

We've liked it so much ,we booked a second week!

We sold our house and we're looking for an in between place to stay before our new house was ready. We liked the suite with separate sleeping, sitting areas and a kitchenette. Good breakfast and good location right off the Hwy . Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We liked it so much ,we booked it for a second week. I've recommended this location to numerous friends.

Room was good size. Enjoyed having a full size refrigerator, small kitchen and we asked for a hot plate to be able to cook a couple of meals while here. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is they do not have decaf coffee at bfast and usually I have to mix the 2. Other than that our stay was great. Very friendly front desk staff

overall nice stay - great to have a kitchen and nice size fridge. good for an extended stay

had room on first floor for about 10 days - the odor in the hallway coming from one of the rooms was horrendous. I assume it was from a guest having a pet in their room, but the smell was at times unbearable for several days and permeated the hall way to my room. To be fair, I did notice that when the guests were gone, the hotel obviously must have worked hard to eliminate the smell as it smell like carpet cleaner.

Dissapointing is the only way to summarize our stay.

staff was helpful and the rooms were very clean. Room heater worked, slightly loud.

We did not have any hot water for the entire 3 nights/4 days of the stay. Had to take cold showers. Staff sent a tech during the day and nothing was improved. Swimming pool heater was also broken and could ‘t use it. Breakfast coffee tasted watered down too much and the breakfast biscuit sandwiches were like cardboard, definitely over a day old at minimum.

Post-Op stay with temporary handicap

I stayed here in a handicapped bathroom after having hip joint surgery. It met all my needs with bathroom access and a nice kitchen set up

The worst!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! The staff is the most condescending angriest people I have ever dealt with. They called the cops on me and another guest because we spoke to the house keeping staff (just asked a question about my child)
