The style, the big windows, the spacious rooms. There were food options at the hotel & nearby.

Cool vibe, nice room, good staff
No cleaning unless requested. Would expect more for the price — at least a towel refresh

Breakfast was great and staff was accommodating.
I arrived during the transition so there was no wifi, no AC in the gym, no art or decor anywhere. I was like staying in a jail.

The renovation is interesting and well done as the prior hotel.
They had just changed from a 21c Museum Hotel, and I had not received an email about the change until the morning of our reservation. We were driving in from St Louis, and there was no new signage, and the inside of the hotel was bare and empty. The new hotel staff acted as if I should not be upset by such a drastic change than we expected. No offer of free parking, a breakfast, help with anything. Just blah. A ripoff.

The ambiance of the hotel in general and room was nice. The toiletries provided were high quality. Spa service was good, had both sauna and steam room available for guest use. Gym area was nice and not too busy.
No ice was available for self-service, poor responsiveness to request for ice. Food was terrible to mediocre at restaurant and very expensive, $50 for a bad breakfast, walked to McDonalds the next morning for better food (yes, it was that bad). Had beef tartare one night, which was acceptable but not well executed. Advertised as museum hotel at booking, but had just uninstalled all exhibits 3 days prior to our stay. Paying cash for anything was a terrible ordeal, they did not have any change available and acted like they had never seen cash before. No on site parking available, garage across street was $5.00 each time you left, or overnight valet for almost $30 at hotel.

Like the location.
We did NOT get what was advertised as this hotel is rebranding.
No room refresh. Out of coffee. Out of toilet paper. No valet after 11:00 pm. On-site restaurant only available for dinner. No minibar. TV turns off on its own. Internet down quite a bit. No art exhibits as advertised. All but 3-4 art pieces are gone. What I booked according to the site is NOT what we got.

Breakfast and food generally was fine. (I didn’t try the main restaurant). The staff were friendly. The property was quirky but interesting.
Location suited my business needs.
Nothing in particular.

It is unique being in a museum and historic building. It has a very eclectic vibe. The hotel is clearly committed to sustainability and supporting all types of people. All staff members made us feel important and welcomed.
The electricity went out a couple of times during our stay this weekend but staff helped us work around the situation.

The room was amazing! It was spacious and very comfortable and clean.
I loved that there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Because there wasn’t much to do close to the property it was convenient to have something to do in the hotel.

Can hear everything from room, people in other rooms and people in the hallway and it is very loud.
Room said city view and we were looking over the back of the building facing the trash and peoples apartments. Multiple people can look straight into your room from their apartments.

The art gallery is super cool! The rooms are huge and very clean!! Thankful for a restaurant opens early and provides a healthy breakfast. Staff was great. Honestly, zero complaints!

The hotel is super cool. Spa was wonderful. We loved the gym and saunas. We did room service before we left and the staff was super friendly, but the food was just okay for the price. Will definitely return. We loved this place.
