Short stay. I would return again

It was a nice stay, however price too high for things to not work properly.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. Actually the room and bed was very nice as well.

The one elevator was out of order and the other seemed to be on its last leg. Not enough towels in the room.( maybe saving or cutting back ).It was very sketchy especially for the price.

Friendly staff. Terrible nights sleep due to loud traffic. Very high price for one nights stay.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice.

The noise from the traffic was terrible making it very hard to sleep. I would suggest offering some heavy duty blinds to help block out a lot of the noise. This would keep me from returning. Also, the price for the room was outrageous.

Exceptional

It was clean, breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, such a great accommodation.

In room Kerig was dirty, didn't like that. But it wasn't a deal breaker.

the location was convenient to the NC Train Museum.

I booked two queen beds but was booked into a king with a pull out couch for 4 people. There were no blankets or pillows for my children on the pull out couch. There were crumbs everywhere and soap scum build up in the shower. The place did not feel like it had been cleaned well.

location. cinnamon rolls were awesome!

Buttons and parts of the elevator were broken. the floors were filthy. Several breakfast items were not offered or not complete.

location was convenient. comfortable beds. AC worked great! clean all around.

toilet in our room kept running. breakfast needs improving. wasn’t ready at time stated it would be open. pancake machine not working for the 2 days we were there. no waffles. not very good food.

They have a good hot continental breakfast not just cereal and waffles, the rooms were clean bei8🤗ds super comfortable, it's in a great location

It had been advertised they had a pool and it hasn't been able to be used in over 3 years, and for the price per night which is over 100 and considering the "sister", company is right across the parking lot you would think they would have a little to offer. No pool, no bar no room service at all just a gym and a "business center" which consist of computers. Not to mention icame with my 2 young kids and for whatever reason we got a handicap room with no bath tub so I washed my 3 year old in the shower 😒

It was great!

The room was nice, and I liked that I could adjust the temperature in the room electronically.

The elevator made a lot of noises, and there was an alarm going off that something wasn't communicating, not sure what that was about. I asked the receptionist about it, and she stated it was fine, was just serviced. I still was a little weary using it.
